This company is fraud. Ordered a Shoes online and they sent a different unwearable Shoes. Won’t refund my money or take the dress back and exchange. They need to be reported for fraud and stealing from customers.

Complete scam. Sent a dress not even close to what they advertised. Took 3 weeks to arrive and then claim they can only refund up to 40% of my purchase. They are complete scams. Do not a buy a thing from them

This company is fraud. Ordered a dress online and they sent a different unwearable dress. Won’t refund my money or take the dress back and exchange. They need to be reported for fraud and stealing from customers.

This company should not be allowed to continue to do business. They are thieves. They take forever to deliver and then send the wrong cheap unwearable item.

My shoes were at least a size and 1/2 too small. I asked for a refund, which, on their website, they said I could do. This was their response:
"Dear Customer,
We feel sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Your concern is understandable, and I appreciate you reaching out to me.
For your situation, we can offer two proposals:
1. you keep item and we refund 10% of it.
2. we sent you a 40 % discount code that you can use in the future.
Please let us know within 3 days. Thank you for your patience!

Let me start off by saying if there was a zero star rating that's what I would give.IM NOT ONE TO EVER WRITE A BAD REVIEW BUT THIS HAS TO BE POSTED!! I ordered 2 pair of brown boots on April 6th, on April 23rd I received a pair of black boots and a pair of fake super thin brown design boots. These boots are the most poorly made boots I have ever seen. The colors don't match in either boot and they're so flimsy you can roll them in a ball. They have a 30 day return policy, when I reached out to customer service they offered me a discount code and a 10% refund to keep there boots that I didn't even order. DO NOT BUY LET ME SAVE YOU THE TIME!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY!! Total trash! I ordered boots….they are plastic! They look like clown shoes! They blocked me and I have no way to contact them! I’ve asked for a refund and no response!

Ordered a dress that was advertised and received a total different dress. Facebook can you please remove this site from your platform to stop this madness with this company fraudulent. This company is the worst scammers on the face of this earth. I will be filing a BBB claim to launch an investigation on this company. This madness needs to stop! #madblackwoman

Do not buy from this Company. The shirt wasn’t anything like to one I ordered and they refused to give me an address to return item. Offered me $17 refund for the shirt I paid $75 for. I tried posting on the Facebook site but was deleted every time

Absolutely disgusted with the shirt I received from this store. Description stated cotton/linen and all I got was cheap nasty polyester. The colour was totally different, the cut was atrocious and you wouldn't use it as a rag. I was offered a 50% discount but they've only given me 50% on the sale price NOT the price I paid. I've learned my lesson - no more websites that are obviously not where they say they are.

Like ALL the other reviewers here - I ordered a product from this company (in my case, 2 chiffon dresses, one red and one purple), waited almost an entire month, and then finally received a substandard product. Completely different than what I ordered - 2 identical copies of the ugliest 2-tone dress you ever saw, with a bodice so small I couldn't even fit it over my head. When I contacted support, they first asked me for photos, which I sent. Then they offered a 10% refund, which I refused. They gradually moved the refund offer up to to about 60%, saying the items were shipped from China and so they couldn't give me the whole refund. Which is entirely different than what is claimed on their site (claiming the dresses were made and shipped from South Carolina; and assuring full 100% refund.) This company is a complete scam. Stay away!

Scam, 100% They sold me some really nice looking shoes they didn't have. Sent me a vastly inferior sneakers, the cheapest I have ever seen. They came in a plastic bag and I think are worth maybe $10. Since then they have offered to refund me 10% and let me keep the awful sneakers (clearly asian size by the way). Anyone know where in the world these guys are located? I'd love to know. 10 emails later and they are now offering a 35% refund. Such a scam.

Ordered a green dress and received a black one that was also smaller in size and different and design.. I was offered a discount on a future purchase.. why would I ever purchase from this company again? I said they got everything wrong with my item, and refused to return my money. Don’t buy anything from these people.

Ordered their Denim Boots, got some generic, slipper type, "Men's Skate Shoes" came poorly wrapped in a plastic bag.

Wrong product delivered. Ordered the Torn Black Denim Doc Martin's pictured on their advertisement. Received some generic looking slipper type shoes. Rip off company.

This company should be closed. They send me the wrong product and then refuse to do anything about it other than offer a 30% refund. For their error? Zero compassion, empathy or ownership. Just save yourself the hassle and don’t buy from this company. Chargeback with your payment company. Huge waste of time.

They send items that have nothing to do with what you purchased and don’t accept returns.

Just DO NOT BUY.

SCAM..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They send out a terrible version of your product (not even close to what you see on ads) then they tell you no returns option as in china and too expensive (I told them I'd take the hit on the past expense) but they refuse and at best offer 10% refund, but nothing ever comes. It's fraud, theft and criminality at its best, and shame on any platforms allowing them sell (ie-instagram)
