Impossible to get in contact with them. Paid for albums in november. Haven’t recieved anything now in january. No information of items beeing shipped . Tried to mail them 4 times, but no response! Back off! Dont buy anything from them!!!

I pre-ordered the Irene 1-page SET and they didn't include my pre-order gift. This was one of the reasons why I ordered through them in the first place. I've sent 4 emails, used their website chat, and DM'ed them on Instagram but never received a response. The welcome gift was just 2 photo cards which isn't much, but it's the matter that stuff was missing and they have such bad customer service and won't resolve the issue. I would imagine if an entire album was missing they also would never respond.

Since shipment, they've also removed the product listing for the entire set so you can't see the whole product lost of what was supposed to be received.

I was sold a faulty limit edition army bomb. This was a present for my daughter and she is so upset to open a present and it doesn't work. I have sent emails of photos, videos asked of me showing that it doesn't work and now I'm just being ignored. If I am further ignored I have noticed I'll have no option than to take legal action. This company is clearly a fake one and scamming many people.

Bought a necklace from Korean Odyssey collection five months ago and have not received. Tried putting in order number to track on their website and shows as not valid. Took my money!! ☹️

Daughter purchased a top on February 3rd - 5 MONTHS later and still nothing at all.

No product, no refund. Should be SHUT DOWN!!!

Items that are out of stock are still listed for sale. They substituted items I do not want. Sorry, I did not check their reviews prior to ordering. This is deceptive, bait and switch practices.

I placed an order in early February and have not received any updates and emails are going unanswered. I was starting to think I’ve been scammed and going by the reviews I’ve just read I’m pretty sure this is a scam site.

Not only is the bag a complete knockoff, it doesn't come with CD or any of the things that are in the photo with it.
Just the bag on it's own. If it had that disclaimer ANYWHERE I wouldn't have bought it but they didn't have the decency to put that (and yet they included photos with the actual CD and everything)

Additionally, the bag is VERY unofficial and not the product thats shown anywhere online.

Biggest Scam Ever. Bought something in October, and got a confirmation mail saying the order is on the way. However, I received NOTHING. They took my money and keep ignoring my mails. It is ridiculous. Don't buy from here ever again. It is the biggest scam ever. Scammers. Hope you enjoy the free money from everyone.

I ordered an airpods case. Everything looked good at first. After a week they sent me an email, asking if I got the tracking ID. I replied to them that I haven't but they never contacted me again. I am waiting ever since. I lost my money and hope.
Now I see that many people experienced the same thing.

I have ordered from them several times before and no problem til now. Smh my order which was a 100.00 order was shipped to the wrong address. Wrong state???? And I can’t get ahold of anybody thru emails wth. I’m so tired of being scammed out of my money. I thought they was a good store but I need my order or my money.

Ordered item on Dec 8th, was told I would get a tracking number within a week and item a couple weeks later. I got an email saying they had trouble with the tracking number but they'd have it in a couple days. Then I got an email saying I should have gotten one, and ease email them if I haven't. After that no emails I sent got a response. It's been past the time it should have arrived and it still hasn't, nor have I even got a tracking number or an email back in 2 weeks.

Spent over 400$ and they won't give me a refund despite claiming to have given me a refund

The company is a scam through and through, everything the other people have experienced is true. They will string you along with "we are looking into your shipping order" response via email, and never actually get back to you. Luckily I refunded my purchase on Paypal and was done with their bs scam they got going.

I have not heard a response back from emailing this company and it has been 2 weeks since I ordered merch. I did not buy a lot thank goodness, but i would love my Stray Kids merch ASAP!

Still awaiting my order. It says, awaiting shipment but I ordered on 16th November. I have emailed them and no response. Have I been scammed?

SCAM Do Not Use This Website It is a scam. They do not actually post your items. They confirm your order then pretend they are having issues obtaining a tracking number. You will then never hear from them again. They do not respond to emails Am currently disputing transaction with my credit card company to have refunded
