Did not receive my $75 referral very unpleased with the service

Works alright opened to get more options for crypto then robin hood offered. The referral program at the time was sweet so i transfer my assets from robin-hood and had 3 people use my code and deposited the specified amount. Shoulda have been that easy to reap the rewards……. You would think but i got nothing from my referrals and my references got nothing either felt like a scam. Contacted support on the matter and bot even a reply. So keep this in mind as it might happen to you. FYI my referrals are roommate's so ik they followed the requirement's needed for rewards.

It has been easy to make transactions.
I find the dashboard is easy to make decisions, look at past transactions, all the information on each investment is easy to find.

I would love it if communication would be with an actual person.
Especially, if the agent to discuss information with is from the United States.
I will give 4 stars based on this.

Had an issue with a referral bonus not paid when my son signed up in October. The AI agent did not help with the issue.

Began my crypto journey about 1 year ago.. I started off opening an account with CoinBase.. I was getting my father into this space and tried signing him up using the referral bonus.. But initially he used his middle name (which he goes by) instead of his first name.. After many back and forth emails they still refused to issue the sign up bonuses because of this technicality.. So I wasn't inspired to stay there.. Found Kraken and we gave them a try.. So while making crypto purchases to qualify for Kraken referral bonus my father used a payment method that for whatever reason wasn't one of the 3 payment methods that it stated to use for the signup bonuses.. It took a while with lots of correspondence between me and Kraken representatives but they a actually went ahead and issued our bonus $.. That meant a lot to me.. A company understanding our technical fault but valuing its customer.. To say the least, i am an absolute loyal patron of Kraken.. Sometimes first impressions truely do matter.. I continue to grow my portfolio with Kraken and figure i will for a very long time barring any major unresolved issues..

I installed the app due to a referral a friend sent me. Kraken was announcing that they’d give you 100€ in Bitcoin if you joined, provided all the personal data they asked for and deposited 200€. The next day they decided to change the referrals campaign where I needed to invest 10000€ to receive 160€.
To me this is scam and baiting people into creating accounts.
Just took my money out and on top they charged 1€ to take it out.
Do not recommend this app and vendor since they can decide to change whatever they want to whatever is best to them without caring about client.
Provided me zero trust and I’m spreading the word to everyone to never install this app.

I was hoping Kraken would help do my trading for me a little bit more, but I guess you don’t. And when you guys were doing the holiday giveaway thing there was way too many times that I didn’t win anything at all and the only prizes were like $.50 of some kind of crypto or $.25 of some kind of crypto really wasn’t enticing. Also sending my friendsbitcoin to get them to enroll and then only allowing them to receive the bitcoin once they have deposited and traded $300. That was a turn off too. Also, the referral a friend of $75 or something whatever it is, but they have to deposit a certain amount and trade a certain amount. That’s disappointing too because I could probably refer a bunch of people but your regulations on what they have to do after they have referral is a little too much if you ask me. Like why can’t you just give somebody something if they just at least make a account both sides give the person who refers them and give the person who is opening the account a little something all the loop holes you have them jumping through is just too much and it’s a turn off to people who are new to all this or might not have the money to spend as much as you’re asking. Do you not realize that the economy right now and how broke people are normal every day people are barely getting by they don’t have $300 to open up an account and start training with sometimes they only have 50 or 100 so you guys need to change your rules a little bit in my opinion.

Representatives are uneducated on the TOS, consistently told me the wrong information about a referral bonus.

Start with an offer of 100€ if you deposit 200€.
In 2 days the same offer, passed from 100€ confirmed to 0... and with other challanges to win something like trading till 10000€...

This is the easiest platform I have used out of 8 total. Some of the perks are pretty nice too, especially the referral bonus.

The site fairly easy to use so far but I do have a couple of issues. I've only downloaded, purchased and sent a couple of referrals so far. I AM a little disappointed that I haven't received my referral payments, nor have the people I referred by sending them the link...Joan Kennedy and Deborah Chadwick. They haven't gotten their credit yet either. The referrals were sent weeks-a month ago. Also, I was getting some wins on the daily spin but over the past week I haven't won anything. Maybe you can tell me when we can expect a credit to show up for the referrals. Thanks.

I invited 2 friends. They completed steps. Kraken sent me an official email saying '€50 BTC is on the way'. Then support cancelled the bonus saying 'Referral program is not guaranteed'. Do not trust their confirmation emails, they are fake.

I am new to all crypto but I shared info with two friends before I knew about referral program and they both now have active accounts with y’all but didn’t know either…
It’d be cool for customer service to review this… I can provide their names if requested and their account activation dates would substantiate this note…

It is an app that has one of the best referral and reward systems at least right now. No bs really cool

The app is easy to navigate, the only problem I have is that I sent the share link to my daughter who created an account and spent (as far as I know) the correct amount to qualify for the referral bonus program although we never received the reward.

Kraken still refuses to pay the referral bonus.

The conclusion from all departments is the same: they hide behind a supposed 'system error' and refuse to pay the bonus, despite my evidence of previous successful referrals.

This entire experience has shown me that Kraken does not take responsibility for its own mistakes. The company is willing to lose and deceive a loyal customer rather than pay a small amount for an error that is clearly on their end.

The service is unreliable, unhelpful, and dishonest. The complaint is now definitively closed. I strongly advise everyone against using Kraken's referral program, or doing business with a company that treats its customers this way.

I referred people to sign up under the trade AUD200 get AUD100 bonus each. It has now passed 14 days and no sign of mine or my referees $100 as promised by Kraken. Seems like an dodgy way of getting new accounts without needing to pay out.

They lie about referral payouts.
Roped in people, quoted the referral scheme as an AUD bonus, then turned around to claimed it doesn't apply to Australia. Makes no sense at all. Lots of people lost money from this. Bunch of scammers.
