This company is a complete scam. They confirmed multiple times that I 100% qualified for a referral bonus, yet when it came time to pay, they suddenly canceled my payout with no valid reason. Their support just keeps repeating scripted responses, avoiding responsibility, and hoping I’ll give up.
If you’re thinking of using this platform, BEWARE – they lure you in with fake promises and then refuse to pay what they owe. I’ll be reporting this to regulatory authorities and exposing their shady practices everywhere. Don’t fall for this scam! 🚨

Large Fees and Cheeky Referral Scheme
It's not a bad crypto exchange but the fees are quite high compared to any other exchange and on top of that, the £10 sign up bonus doesn't seem to be a thing. Customer support said they are 'reworking it', therefore it's paused. However, the referral links somehow work when you are signing up and they don't seem to want to honour those who signed up with one. All a bit strange and therefore I'm not really a fan of this.

The worst ever digital currency wallet
The worst ever digital currency wallet. Crypto is supposed to be easy and fast i transactions. But with their ridicoulus withdrawel hold policy, nothing will ever be fast.
72 hours on withdraw hold if you buy on cash payment.... They say... My second payment is on hold now and has been for 131 hour, still counting.
I can trade my money, but only on the Kraken platform, wich never was the intention.
And costumer service. Do you like writing with a robot giving you the exact same useless answer 3 times in a row before putting me on hold, promising that i could talk to a real "specialist"... Yeah, waited for 3 hours and it never happened.
Promises referral bonus... Never got it, neither did my friend! - as supposed.
IT is a 'never' platform. NEVER USE IT!
Im getting my money out of there and close my account as soon as they remove the hold. Thats for sure...
Dont give me the stupid reach out to us speak. Just get it fixed!
USE Binance, they have no such thing as trapping cosumers in a hold.
