Financiële Dagblad

In mijn review van oktober vorig jaar vertelde ik zeer ontevreden te zijn over de bezorging van het FD. Eindeloos bellen en mailen heeft niet geholpen.
Dit jaar - 2022 - wordt ik zwaar gestraft. Het FD is sedert 1 januari pas 6 x bezorgd. Waarvan 2 maal op zaterdag. Hoera dacht ik. Maar te vroeg. Ook afgelopen week geen krant. Ik heb net mijn abonnement vernieuwd. Toch ruim 500 Euro. Ik heb er spijt van.
De klachtenafdeling vroeg mij toch te blijven bellen.
Waarom eigenlijk? Ze doen er niets mee.
Ik ben niet de enige klager. 68% is ontevreden. 2 Sterren). Het grootste deel over de bezorging. Tegen argument van FD is dat de distributeur geen bezorgers kan krijgen.
Ook niet gek. Hij betaalt 0.25 per krant. Komt neer op 75,00 per jaar. Alard Ages.
