EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
Had a set of bGEM headphones which after a year failed to charge. As had been bought direct from KREAFUNK they replaced with a new set.
Quick and direct response from their customer service section
As been said previously, it is rare to experience and refreshing to see, a company with integrity. Thank you.

Best Customer Service

This company has been quite amazing to me! I loved my Ahead headphones from them but after 2 years of wear and tear they stopped working. The vendor I bought them through would not replace them and although they were not under warrant, KREAFUNK replaced my headphones with brand new ones. I can’t thank y’all enough for the quick responses and incredible customer service. It is rare I have this type of experience and it was so refreshing to see a company with integrity.

Cannot speak highly enough of these guys!!!

Having recently had to contact these guys, I feel even this review cannot convey the gratitude I have for their assistance. My concern was responded to in a timely manner and the service personnel were polite in manner and went well above and beyond what I had expected.

As an Australian consumer contacting a European company I would have to say hands down I don't think I've had such good service in my own country.

Cannot thank or recommend these guys enough...they are reputable, customer focused and simply a pleasure to have dealt with!

Amazing service

Amazing service.

I had a speaker that wouldnt charge.

They took the speaker in, and in exchange they gave me a brand new one.

We tested the old speaker, and the problem could not be solved by them at their office.

Can GREATLY recommend! :)

Hi, except for traffic info

Hi, I'm actually really happy with this radio. I would have given 5 stars if I was not so bothered with de 'traffic info' Can you please tell me how I can switch that off... I really enjoy listening to classical music and then suddenly there's some information I don't need. I couldn't find the answer in the manual. (I bought the tradio...)

cGem QI refusing charge

I have completely the same experience with CGEM QI as Benjamin described below.
I got it as Christmas present from my company and I cannot charge it. The ran out of battery now and not usable anymore. Also sometimes they are loosing connection between each other especially when you are listening music on the go.
I wrote message to Kreafunk support about 2 weeks ago and they still didn't reply.
Very poor experience...

KREAFUNK headphones- only one earpiece working

KREAFUNK headphones. Bought this pair for my daughter. Unfortunately only one of the earpieces work. I bought from The BAy in Canada.

Kreafunk has great customer service

Kreafunk has great customer service. They are easy to get a hold of. You can freely ask them questions/ inquiries through Instagram or email. I was lucky enough to be assisted by Sarah through Instagram and Laurene through email. Both were very helpful, patient and responded at a timely manner. They was able to address my concern and in the end I was able to enjoy my aGo speaker. Honestly one of the best customer service I've experienced.

Great design. Poor quality. Don´t buy it.

I felt in love with the design of the AGO bluetooth speaker.
But I couldn´t enjoy it. Basically I charged it, it worked for a few hours and then no sound. It gets connection but no sound at all.

There is no reset button or any other possibilities.
I contacted Kreafunk customer service, they were very fast and kind but not very helpful. Only solution to return to the shop I bought it.

I am very dissapointed with the product. Beautiful design but poor quality. I don´t recommend it.

The situation is of course very unfortunate for you. Sometimes though, when you buy products – no matter the type – there might be defects, mistakes, damages or similar. It is inevitable, but luckily, we have a very low complaint rate. You are amongst the few. And for that I am sorry.

There is no discussion; when a product is defect, we always replace it if the complaint is made within the warranty period. The procedure for complaints is the same as usual. You return the product to the retailer you purchased it from, and they will file the complaint to us on your behalf. When we have received the complaint and investigated the defect product you will receive a brand new one – if it is defect in fact.

I do hope you will return your aGO to the retailer you purchased it from, so we can get you a new one. It is really a superb mini Bluetooth speaker, and I am sure that you will love it, when you get a working one.

SAME problem with second pair of headphones

I first bought a pair of aHEAD headphones at the end of 2017 and within a year, one ear had stopped working. I had bought them from the site AMARA, who agreed to exchange them for another pair. 5 months of use later and I'm experiencing the exact SAME problem with another totally new pair of aHEAD headphones! The quality of the manufacturing must be very bad to have this problem twice, especially considering they are on the pricer end of the scale. Very disappointed as I love the sound quality and style.

It is always a risk with tech productions, that some batches might have a minor fault - and I am truly sorry on your behalf that you have been unlucky two times.

For sure we wish for all our endusers to be happy with their KREAFUNK products. So, could I ask for you to write to our Support Team at support@kreafunk.dk and explain the issue? Remember to refer to AMARA and hopefully they will be able to turn you experience with aHEAD to something merely positive. If you love the sound and design you should definitely have a pair where both ear muffs work :)

The products from KREAFUNK has a fantastic sound and are very easy to use. It was very fast delivery and I was so surpriced about the nice wooden boxes the products were delivered in. I can for sure recommend KREAFUNK to everyone.

Great value for money

KREAFUNK products offer a very satisfying level of quality concidering the price. I have several of their products and they all live up to what i expect of them - are easy to use and keep being stabil even after several years of daily use.

Really good design!

Delicious stuff! I bought a bag for my Macbook and a power bank. Both parts of really good quality. The bag has some great features in the front pocket, and the strap at the front of the hand gives a good grip when under the arm. The best recommendations from here!

Unfortunately not a great experience…

Unfortunately not a great experience with Kreafunk for me. I am giving one star generously only because I was very fond of my Ahead bluetooth headphones, until the battery died, and I contacted Kreafunk about how to get them repaired or replaced.

Upon their advice I sought proof of purchase with a screenshot of my bank statement (no receipt as was a gift). Initially told that would suffice and that a replacement could be arranged. This offer was later withdrawn since the retailer it was purchased from was no longer around to help further.

I really think that Kreafunk, who could see that the product is genuine, I even offered to send back the faulty product so they could be sure, ended up choosing not to help me. A shame as I would have expected more from a brand like this rather than some of the bigger brands out there.

Had previously recommended the brand for the last couple of years, but alas, I can't do that anymore.
