I bought a 3hp single phase motor but they delivered 1.5hp motor which even looks like freshly painted as it's old motor. I tried contacting them through all available channels like email and contact number they don't respond. I request everyone to never purchase anything from this fake website. I don't know to how to get my money back if anyone can help me get my money back that would be greatly appreciated.

Such a poor quality after sale support. They don’t respond and if they do , they will ask you to contact your local motor mechanic.. don’t buy.. I made a mistake of purchasing without viewing reviews…

It is a scam company, it took Rs.16000 for grass cutter the product never got delivered

I have screenshot and proofs of the conversation.

When called the number provided, the person was very rude and started shouting stating "You are acting oversmart" , "Kutiya"( a bad word ) to my mother

Then the person blocked me 😅

Its been more than a month, I see no hope of product ever getting delivered.

Its a fraud company i have ordered weed cutter by Cash on delivery they sent me a box through VRL Parcel service and told me to pay the remaining amount i have paid the remaining amount then the executive sent me a photo of LR Copy and told that it will be posted through delivery parcel service a enquir@ that parcel service then i came to know they didn't send me any LR copy and they have taken back the parcel box from VRL & its the new techniques from fraud company sending empty box forcing us to pay and taking back the package before payment their executive speek so sweetly so we will believe them and after we pay the amount they will speak ruadly and block our no... I have lost my hard earned money. Now i have lodged a complaint in consumer forum so plz dont order & loose u r hard earned money by seeing their colour full website & sweet speaking executive...i have added the photo that of my transaction below...

Don’t buy anything from this company because costomer support is zero and they even block our calls .I purchased 60000 machines but quality was zero frud company in india and govt should ban this company

It is the worst tool to buy you should be ashamed to sell a product like this I have already spent rs 6000 after buying the machine and it is still not working

After the successful use of one year it seems its crank is worn...I made one lakh rupee with the help of this machine and without paying any money to labourers by banana cultivation..I want to know the price of cylinder kit and crank seperately and whether they are in stock ...I promote the machine for its light weight low noice high power and minimum use of petrol...When it came to cease I made a pinhole on the lid of petrol tank..Fitted two screws under petrol tank which were missing
...I have a sugestian to make cylinder and piston with old aluminium metal of maruthi aluminium engine which will prevent the over heating and will protect the cylinder and piston... Thank you...my phone no is 09495521818

I am also one of the victims of Krishi Tools. Don't trap attractive prices on his website. Better you spend some more money and purchase from a branded company. Don't waste hard earned money.

I bought this chara cutter from Krishitool. That cutter is really amazing. Amazing product I got from Krishitool. Especially the price and the discount I got from here is top of all.

one of the worst company have ordered brush cutter , delivery took almost 1.5 months, they delivered fully damaged one with pathetic package , they haven't replace the damaged product, they have link with vrl logistics both are tie up together , too fool us, fraud ,
don't waste your money...

Fake people they are not stand on their words.. they just say words in air...don't buy any product from them

I purchased Brush cutter from them, They billed for 4 Stroke and sent me 2-Stroke and also they missed Clutch Drum while packing, I informed them they said u have to contact Packing department. After communicating with packing department they saying we are not responsible, and sent online link for purchase new one, Until you pay for the product they respond and answer you queries so promptly. After that they not Bothering costumers, Worst service

I bought trolly brush cutter from this sight. It is working well. But they have supplied in correct parts. And the technical team is not responding. After the sale the sales team is behaving differently..

Worst service. They don’t have any after sales responsibility. Once the shipment is sent you are on your own. They don’t even bother to answer your phone. Still haven’t received my entire shipment and what ever arrived it came damaged. It’s a waste of money. It claims cheaper, cheaper price comes with too many hassles. I would better buy from local suppliers.

This is a third class site for product purchases, the customer care number they provide will be answerable only once and thereafter they barred almost two of my numbers which I used to call and inquire about the product I had booked. They don't take the responsibility of product delivery and they say that once the shipment is done and their responsibility is finished. Don't ever get into such hassles with this third class service they provide.

Buyers may doubt on its quality by swing the price but fact is that it's up to how you use ..I found this product very reliable,endurable and off course it outnumbered the prevailing market price ...Delivery was also very quick and seller response is also superb ...I rated 5 star; I wish if there were more stars I will definitely give full rating and stars ...Don't worry my dear buyers this product is very user friendly and value for money ...Don't give any second thought just go for it...
