With the help of my hairstylist I found my first hair topper at Kristina Young Hair Additions. Ordering was easy as was applying for VAT exemption, and my product arrived on time and beautifully packed. I'd definitely recommend.

URGENT COMMUNICATION NEEDED: PLEASE REDPOND AS I NEED ASSISTANCE
Can Kristina or someone, anyone please get in touch with me about a wrong order placed on Tuesday. I’ve emailed numerous times, no reply. I’ve called the mobile 3 times no answer snd messages left. I’ve found Kristina on Facebook and messaged, still nothing. I don’t want the wrong colour being dispatched snd I need to upgrade the postage and this is my last resort as it’s completely stressing me out but I see she responds to this platform. I have a bit of anxiety snd it’s through the roof as I’ve just spent £380.

I note your multiple messages regarding placing an order. We are a specialist wig company, comprising of a small team. We process a high volume of orders and enquiries and we do this in the order in which we receive them. As you would have seen from the email auto response multiple/repeat enquiries will not solicit an earlier response.
Sending a friend request to my personal Facebook account will also not solicit and earlier response. My personal Facebook account is separate to the customer service side of my business.
Just to clarify, you have placed an order on the website but have selected an incorrect colour, then have asked us to change the following:-
Colour
Postage option
Cap size
Firstly, Rachel in 12FS8 is currently out of stock with us and Jon Renau . Please let us know if you would like us to check with them when they are expecting it back in stock.
Secondly, if you require the Royal Mail Special Delivery option for this order why did you not select this at checkout?
Thirdly, the Rachel style does not come in petite cap. Only average.
I recall with your previous order you wanted to change the item after you placed the order and sent multiple messages when you did not get an immediate response. You then asked us to change the delivery address. We worked quickly to arrange the delivery of your order on a Friday so that it was delivered next day on a Saturday, to an alternative address, just in time for your holiday, as requested. I can see this was delivered to you in time.
For future orders I recommend checking and verifying all the details of your order and before finalising the order. This will result in a simpler process for our order processing and dispatch.
I have cancelled your order as requested.

I was so disappointed in the wig I…
I was so disappointed in the wig I purchased, to have paid £170.00 in a sale I was expecting great things, however I have picked up just the same with a Halloween costume.
Utterly devastated as I cannot get a refund and not a care was given.

"I'm sorry to hear that you do not like your choice of wig. From the photos you have sent the wig looks just as it should do. Also, several quality control checks were carried out on this item before it was dispatched to you, by the manufacturers and by ourselves. The item passed these checks and you were sent the item you ordered, without any fault.
Which care/styling products have you used on the wig? Perhaps I can offer some advice.
Heat resistant synthetic fibres do require more maintaining compared to regular synthetic fibres. It depends how much time and effort you want to put in.
If this fibre type is not suitable for you perhaps regular synthetic fibre or human hair would be more suitable.
We cannot accept returns because items are not liked or do not suit.
We do urge, as per any online purchase from any retailer, that customers take the opportunity to discover important aspects of their purchase before placing their order. If you have specific requirements we recommend checking before placing the order if the piece is going to fit those requirements.
Should you need help with a future order please contact us for assistance before placing your order. We do offer online consultation services to help our customers choose a product to suit their needs prior to purchase."

Beware as non refundable made up policy.
Beware when purchasing as she does not offer refunds due to UK law??. This is the only online wig store that does this..the UK legislation for returning items is as follows : You must offer a refund to customers if they've told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they've told you. You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason. It states in her return policy as this is for hygiene reasons as its next to skin, like hats and clothing as you can buy and return from every other online store. Luckily enough I'm in a position where I can donate my wig, which was unsuitable. Please beware when purchasing. Any more info on consumer rights please see gov.uk.

Part 3 - Right To Cancel : Section 28, Paragraph 3 states: "(3) The rights conferred by this Part cease to be available in the following circumstances— (a) in the case of a contract for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery"

Wigs/toppers are not eligible for return after the package is opened as this effectively breaks the hygiene seal and puts the item at risk of contamination and the piece cannot be re-sold as a new and hygienically sealed product. As our policy states this is a hygiene and health protection for yourself and others.
We, like some other wig retailers, are not a try-on service and hygiene is a top priority for us. Many of our customers prefer to receive toppers and wigs in the security that are brand new and have not been tried on by anyone else or opened, especially those that are medically vulnerable (for example - chemotherapy and compromised immune system).
You agreed to the terms and conditions when you ticked the box during the checkout process."
You did not confirm whether you read our returns policy before agreeing the term and conditions and ticking the box at the checkout.
We do understand that choosing a suitable product is important, which is why we include information on our website such as colour guides, brand colour charts, additional information on the product pages and we offer consultation services and our expert advice to help our customers choose an item that fits their requirements. If customers choose not to use our consultation services they must take the time to read all the information on the website, including the terms of sale, and be certain about what they ordering before committing.

Not impressed with the poor customer service. I ordered a wig which they were unable to fulfill as the colour of the wig was incorrect on their website. I was asked in the email if I would like to opt for another colour. So, I replied selecting an alternative. I've waited for 6 days but no reply to my email and no wig. Decided to call them but no reply. Left a voicemail but 2 days later still no response from them. They have taken my money but still no wig or correspondence!
DO NOT BUY FROM KRISTINA YOUNG HAIR ADDITIONS they take your money then don't care!

I apologise that your original choice in colour was not available. There are a few Belle Tress Cafe Collection colours - Cappuccino with Cherry, Cola with Cherry, Marshmallow Blonde & Vanilla Lush - that are not available in all the wig styles. Unfortunately on this occasion we missed that the style you ordered is not available in the Cappuccino with Cherry colour, but we soon realised this and let you know the day after you placed your order. We received your request for your alternative colour choice and included that in our weekly order from Belle Tress. I can see that your order was dispatched on Friday (March 4th) and was delivered this morning (7th), which is 2 weeks from the day you placed the order. In the current climate, with the wig industry experiencing delays in production and transportation, we are glad that your item was available and we were able to import this from the USA for you and dispatch to you right away.
I do appreciate you would have liked us to reply your request for an update sooner. Unfortunately in February our office was hit by Covid, which affected our operations and we have been working through the backlog of enquiries. Thankfully the dispatch time of your order was not affected.
