I ordered my package more than 7 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been sent. I can’t contact with the shop in any way.

We are sorry about not responding to your recent emails, unfortunately these emails were in our spam folder and we didn't even know you tried to contact us.
One of your products is available in our store upon request.
it means delivery time is longer than delivery time for products available in hand. Good news is that we are expecting this product to come to our warehouse around Tuesday. When we receive this shoe we will immediately ship out to you your order.
Of course if you want us to refund you we can do that as well. Please let us know if you prefer a refund or if we should fulfill the order as its planned.
