Misleiding Kruit en Kramer in Groningen een…

Van Kruit en Kramer in Groningen een bankstel gekocht met een prenium service abbonement van 7 jaar. Dit certificaat kreeg ik maanden na aankoop. Bij de aankoop zelf kreeg ik een heel ander verhaal te horen dan wat er in het prenium certificaat stond. Ook op de site van Kruit en Kramer staat het heel anders. Mij werd verteld dat het bankstel kosteloos gereinigd kon worden binnen die 7 jaren. Nu blijkt het alleen over een eventuele vlek te gaan, die je dan eerst ook nog zelf moet proberen te verwijderen. Duur vlekje van €450,-. Voor nog geen €200,- koop je een complete meubelreiniger.
