What a Hit!!!
We rented the Kruu photo booth for my daughter's grad party and what a hit! Easy delivery, set-up, operation, tear down and shipment. The photo booth came with tons of ink and paper so the guests were at it all night. I loved seeing all the photos on the app after the booth was returned too. What a great idea and memory for everyone!

Perfect photo booth for your party!
First of all this was the cheapest photo booth option I've seen everywhere!!! They shipped it directly to my house, we tested it and it was easy to set up. We couldn't figure out something so we called the help desk and they were so helpful! The photo booth was great and I'm so glad I bought it! The return was so easy since the postage is provided! Best decision I've made for my party was renting from Kruu! I will do it again and again on my next parties! I highly recommend!!!

It was user friendly
It was user friendly, I liked that we got to custom a border for her photos. I would've wanted the highest tier pkg, so that we didn't have to cut the pics ourselves, but they had sold out of those already. I really liked that it came a couple days early so that we could make sure that it worked. Also being able to download and view all the photos taken was really nice so we could have more memories. Returning KRUU was easy since they included a return label when it was delivered. We just packed it back up and slapped the label on and dropped it off. We will most likely use KRUU again and recommend it to others 5/5 : ).

This was such a great addition to our graduation celebration. everyone enjoyed taking pictures and printing them to take home. It was easy to set up and use. The only problem we had was the printer would glich every now and then. But other than that it was fun and a great price compared to the others we got quotes from.

Great experience - easy to manage
Very convenient way of having great photobooth experience for a party! From reception to set up then return it was extremely easy. The only complex step was to define a layout for the picture printing. 4 pics on one, I would not recommend, 1-3 is great. And if you want to add text, it would be nice to have advise from a pro. our text size was too small once printed. Other than that, I would definitely recommend.

GREAT addition to the graduation party!
This was a great addition to my daughter’s graduation party. Communication from the company was excellent and I knew exactly what the process was from delivery, to set up, to return. It was so easy and SO MUCH FUN! I got all my digital pictures and could also send a link to others in our party to download the pictures. I highly recommend and would use KRUU again.

Great service, minor set back
Order, delivery and sending back the booth went great. Set up was mostly hassle free until we got to the printer and had problems getting it to print unless we pushed the printer cartridge in firmly with our fingers. We couldn't let go or it would give us an error message and wouldn't print. Luckily is came with a back up printer which didn't have any issues and once we plugged it in we were good to go.

That said, we’re sorry you ran into trouble with the primary printer. Needing to manually hold the cartridge in place just to get printing going definitely isn’t how it’s supposed to work, and we understand how frustrating that must’ve been in the middle of setup.
We’re very glad the backup printer saved the day, but your experience with the first unit is still important.
