Avoid this company
SCAMMING AND BEING RUDE!
John was our point of contact, and he did one treatment against bed bugs. It was mentioned that the price for two times treatment should be 5-6k, when for one it is 2,5k. One treatment was enough for us, since we just took over the apartment, and it was clean and empty. Still, he decided to charge us 5.5k! We asked why, and he was not able to provide any reasonable explanation. Then he sent invoice for 4.5k. Where was that price coming from is still unknown, he could not explain.
Every time we called him, he was coming up with the new explanations. Literally coming up with the stories! First time he said because it was urgent (it was not), second that there were two treatments (there was one!). We still didn't get the correct invoice, even though he said it will be provided at the correct price of 2.5k. Very incompetent and rude.
Can only suggest to avoid this company.
