Please read carefully

I was contacted a an individual claiming to be:
Philip Allen,
Senior chief executive
At Goldman and Partners Consulting Group.
Hagaesplanaden 46, 113 30 Stockholm, Sweden

This immediately tingled my Spidey senses. As a Cybersecurity Consultant, I wanted to know more.

They told me I had previously purchased an ebook program that had claimed to be linked to cryptocurrency rewards. This rang a bell with me, but I could see no link.

They told me that the program had failed and that US courts had determined that compensation should be paid.

They asked me to log into the account, I explained I couldn't remember the login details, I was told they would email these to me.

Now I was certain it was a scam. No self respecting company has access to such information these days.

However, once I confirmed they had sent me login details, I told them I worked in cyber security and that I didn't want to continue the conversation.

Out of curiosity, I went to one of my secure computers, checked all of the protection services were running and logged into the "account" at Krypton.sx it showed there were around £28k in currencies including about 5k in Euros marked as compensation.

All I had to do was provide $300 for access. Yeah right. Again, with thousands supposedly in this account, why would I need to pay anything? Surely any fee could be taken from the money on transfer.

Again, the website says support is available 24/7 and so I messaged support several times asking questions about fees. No reply, no surprise I guess.

Look, this is a scam based on the results of a real court finding following another earlier scam.

Don't pay anything to these people.

Also, note that there have been negative here on Trust Pilot, none of these negative reviews have been answered and nobody has claimed to his company with Trust Pilot, another indication of fraudulent behaviour.

Most worryingly, nobody at Trust Pilot has done anything to properly check the positive reviews that are most likely from the scammers themselves.

Scram

Subject: Beware: Krypton.sx is a Scam

This company is a SCAM. They claim to assist you in recovering funds supposedly locked in a fictitious cryptocurrency account that has been frozen by a regulatory body, with promises of thousands of dollars at stake. Here is how the scam unfolds:

Initial Contact: They contact you, pitching their services to help you reclaim these "locked" funds.
Registration and Deposit Request: They ask you to register with Krypton and transfer $300 USD into the account.
Language Barrier: The initial caller can barely speak English, making it difficult to understand the scam. They then pass the call to another person, who is Indian, speaks slightly better, but is extremely arrogant, dogmatic, and aggressive.
False Pretenses: They draw you into their scheme under false pretenses. If you already have cryptocurrency accounts, check to ensure they are still active and nothing is frozen. This will confirm the scam.
Stay vigilant and do not fall for these deceitful tactics. Always verify the legitimacy of any claims regarding your financial accounts and never transfer money to suspicious entities.

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM. They pitch that they are offering to assist you to claim funds locked in a fictitious crypto currency account that has been frozen by the regulatory governing body with thousands of dollars in it. They offer to help you claim that money back. Then they request you register with Krypton and ask you to transfer $300 USD into the account. The first issue is the caller can barely speak English so it's difficult to understand what they are trying to scam you for. Then they hand over the phone to someone else who is Indian and speaks a little better but is the most arrogant dogmatic and aggressive person you hope never to encounter. The second issue is that they try to draw you into the activity under false pretences. If you already have crypto accounts, the first thing to do is check they are still active and nothing is frozen. Then you know for sure its a scam.

Scam Activity

I received Today out of the blue a call from this company and they told me, they would refund my loss through Crypto Tradings. By sending me over via Email the website, I suspect that is fraud. By performing on the call my researches, I come to my conclusion: That is a SCAM Activity.

I no longer trust Trustpilot

I no longer trust Trustpilot. Why because when the negatives out number the positives and they put the negatives on top. Also, one of the names in the positives is the person that called me in this SCAM.
Trustpilot must do BETTER!!!
