I've had this kitchen from Krypton less then two years. Which at the time I was told very good quality with 5 years warranty as the cabinet doors were specially made from Germany. I reported the fault of the cabinet doors 6 months which they said they would replace. I've been fobbed off ever since then. Looks to me like they don't want to know, once they take your money it's no longer there problem. I won't be using their services ever again.

Purchased a kitchen from Krypton in 2023. I genuinely cannot believe that the reviews on here are not all 5 stars. I literally could not fault the service from start to finish! They spotted an error on the kitchen plan that a very well known company had done for me and made the most of the space I had. We fitted the kitchen ourselves and had telephone support even on a Sunday! Literally nothing was too much of a bother. Highly recommend (and have numerous times) Krypton kitchens

Cheap is not always the best option
Had kitchen fitted in December 2023 fitter was great went above and beyond but Shaz the man who owns this newly re-named company comes across nice whilst he can get money out of you. The after care is totally and completely disgraceful. Cupboard door was chipped
Door that covers washing machine does
not close. Have been waiting 8 months
to get them to sort it. 8 months!! It's at the point
where Shaz won't even take my calls
anymore, it's excuse after excuse. The amount of times I had to ask for a invoice and warranty he never wanted to give me one, just because he would be held responsible.
I recommend you use a big reputable company that will give you the after care you paid for and deserve. I really wish I had never used this company

Don’t bother, poor workmanship,once payed don’t want to know. My gas hob was fitted incorrectly they were supposed to get in touch to put it right…still waiting.

April 2022 I had my kitchen fitted with this company. What a big mistake we made choosing them. Firstly the splash backs were not the same as the worktop which we had opted for originally. There were so many joints on all the splash backs especially the ones behind the sink. Then the worktops by the sink had many joints also and with water touching those surfaces daily (even though we constantly wiped around it after using the sink) has made the worktop come away as in blow up. This was a major reason for us having a new kitchen fitted as there was this issue previously by sink so we decided to go for made to measure to avoid this happening. After several attempts to get through to Shaz via calls and visits to their showroom from June 2022 finally Shaz had told us that he would order a new worktop for us and have them replaced, he was not willing to do anything about the splashback having too many joints. He said the order would be ready repaired on the 2nd November 2022. Since then I have called him many many times which he replies there is a supply issue, repeatedly each time I called which was probably over 50 times or more. I find it hard to believe it would take this long for parts to be shipped over and replaced. He has never bothered to call me back or inform of any updates regarding this repair. I would never recommend this company to anyone they take your money and don’t provide the correct service and products. This has caused me undue stress and frustration chasing up this company for months on end therefore I felt compelled to write this review to prevent this happening to others. If I could I would give this company zero stars. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. This is the second kitchen we have bought from Krypton. Both occasions we ordered white units and we received white units!
We purchased the units which are pre-built and were very carefully delivered by the guys to minimise any damage.
We used our own carpenter to do the installation. But due to a delay with the carpenter, installation took place months after delivery. Tabs was awesome throughout and was always available when the fitter had questions. We even had a custom wall cabinet made for an awkward area.
We found the company very professional and flexible through out. Thank you guys for an excellent service. We will definitely recommend to friends and family as opposed to the main kitchen suppliers who lack flexibility and can't offer bespoke kitchens or the same level of customer service we received with Tabs.

We have already recommend Tabs and his team to my friends and family. We completed a total renovation of our cottage which is in a conservation area.
Originally they were going to fit our kitchen and wardrobes but as we progressed they had such brillant ideas that we asked them to do our media room and utility room. In all it took over a year before we were ready to start and they were absolutely brilliant waiting for our house to be ready for fitting. Tabs traveled from Birmingham on many occasions to ensure all of the measurements were correct as our cottage slopes by 4 inches and goes into a wedge shape … that was no easy task. Mijhi the fitter is absolutely amazing his attention to detail is second to none. I’ve been living in our house for a month now and I love everything they have done. We have a totally bespoke house with all the lights and finishes that anyone could want . Everyone that comes in just goes wow wow wow. Thank you so much we love it Tabs.

Have been using krypton for over 15 years now and everytime they have delivered above and beyond. Staff are very professional and friendly. They are very thorough with the whole process with design and fit. Would recommend 100%.

Excellent service and great value for money. The material used for my new kitchen and wardrobes is good quality and long lasting. I would recommend Krypton Kitchens to others. You will get a great service and pay a reasonable price!

Great service and communication from Rooz and his team from our 1st planning meeting right through to fitting and beyond with their after care. We are ecstatic with our kitchen and Rooz’s meticulous care in finding us the right kitchen for our budget. I would recommend them to everyone and have already done so many times over.

From my very first contact with Krytpon Kitchens all the way through to after completion, I could not have asked for a better company to carry out this project.
Having used various companies over the years I can honestly say that none compare to Krypton and only wish I had found them sooner. All my future work will be assigned to Krypton and I have already recommended there services to others.
From the concept / design and ideas stage, through to choice of colour, material, fitting and after service, everything went as planned and within the time frame I required and they quoted. Krypton have for sure gone above and beyond what I would and could have expected and make you feel at ease from the get go. GREAT JOB Rooz. Look forward to my next project alongside yourselves.

My experience with Krypton has not been a nice one. The Planning and ordering were fine but that’s about it. After this it was one mistake after another. Delivery of the kitchen was the wrong shade. Kitchen fitter was useless couldn’t speak English and spent most of his time on the phone whilst working, plus he ended up borrowing tools from other workmen I had at the time. Worktop not secured. Top cabinets on 2 different walls were installed at different heights. None of the floor cabinets were level and the fitter tried to blame the floor. Bear in mind I had the floor levelled and tiled before the kitchen was installed. When fitting the integral fridge, the fitter refused to fit in ventilation that was supplied with fridge. Fitter had to come back at least 4 different times. Kitchen sink and plumbing not fitted correctly. I had to pay someone else to do it properly. Problems with the splash back. 1 piece was cut wrong which needed a replacement. I have had 3 replacement splash backs, but the shade just did not match the rest. Each time they had to make the replacement glass it took 3 weeks. Eventually they had to replace all the splash back and even then, not everything is perfect. The amount of chasing I had to do is unbelievable. That’s not what I signed up for. When I complained about this level of incompetency, this nightmare, they made out that everything was my fault and I was being unreasonable and that I was rude to them. I wish I’d never seen these people. I would not recommend them to demolish a house. My kitchen fitting started in June 2019. It is now the end of January 2020 and they have only now finally finished, but by no mean is it perfect. That is 8 months. These people are rude, bullies arrogant and devious. They are legalised crooks. I fully expect a response from these people to claiming this review is a false one or they do not recognise me as a customer. They seem to do that with other reviews from people who have left a poor review. This review is not false, why would I take the time to write this review if I did not have a genuine problem/grievance. I’m sure they have done some excellent work, but I believe that when things go wrong, these people do not want to know. They happily take your money and tell you indirectly to go where the sun doesn’t shine and tell you they are doing you a favour. If I could select zero stars I would. They are seriously not worth 1 star.

Awful awful awful.. wardrobes described as ‘good quality’ falling apart after a year of being installed - can see the chipboard now that the wrap is coming off! Very disappointed with service and quality - over priced - they talk the talk but can’t walk the walk.. crap
BTW this review is not Spam I am a genuine customer come and take a look at my wardrobes and will show you receipt!
