STAY AWAY FROM KS REPOS

I hope that people see these reviews and never give these scammers any information or money. The "auctions" they are posting are from legitimate sites that actually sold the vehicles to customers in a proper transaction. I know because I recently purchased a car from Bring a Trailer .com in April of this year. There was actually a third party broker involved and I felt protected the entire time. So you could imagine my surprise when I saw the exact listing and car I bought in April listed on KS Repos. I own the car. It's wonderful, but it's not for sale and definitely not by these crooks. STAY AWAY FROM KS REPOS and any site that is selling cars in a similar way - extremely low price, can't see car in person, must wire money.

If something seems to good to be true

If something seems to good to be true, then.....

I unfortunately registered, submitted a bid, and won. I then reached out to the company for more details. A Frank(French Accent?) from the supposed company reached out and said I would get an invoice from the bank the car belonged to. He was very nice and calm and assured me the car was excellent, and that if I bought another one the second ones shipping would be free. He said to call him back anytime and that he'd be there all day. Needless to say the invoice never came. I called back. Nothing. Seriously doubtful about them, at this point, I decided to do some investigation. First thing I found out is the address they list in Wichita, KS is a large commercial office building. Other businesses in there list suite numbers but they only list the general address. I found the commercial leasing agents name for the building and called him. Nice man. He answered immediately and when I asked him he said there is no business in there by KS Repos. He also said it's a scam because he had received several other calls asking the same questions. He also mentioned there is no place to store cars and that he also checked tenants who may be sub-leasing. Huge red flags! Good thing I didn't send them any money. Meaning, the reviews below are...(form your own conclusion)

I also found some of the cars listed are listed or recently sold elsewhere with the exact same picture. They list a Car Fax report and I even found one where they had the wrong car and color attached to a report. I really hoped they were real. Would love to be wrong but where there is smoke....

I recently "won" a bid on a vehicle and…

I recently "won" a bid on a vehicle and spoke with someone from "KsRepos" I explained that I would be coming out to pick up the vehicle and pay for it upon seeing the vehicle. They tried to tell me that it wasn't possible to see the vehicle because it was a repo from a bank, even though I had ask where the vehicle was stored and they said at their business. I would advise against giving out your license and last four of your SSN as this does not seem like a legitimate company based on the dealings that I had with them.they will not allow you to see the vehicle yet they want you to wire them money...you be the judge of whether this is a scam. No legitimate company would not allow you to see the item you purchased and pick it up in person... I am turning over their information to authorities to have them checked for fraud. Beware of this website and company!!! No where in the terms does it say that you will not be allowed to pick up the vehicle or see it before you pay...this is a huge scam in my opinion and the 5 star reviews seem illegitimate as if they are written by a third grader
See their updates to this review and judge for yourself...no legitimate company would not allow you to see the product that you purchased. DO NOT give your drivers license and SSN last four to this company or GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY

Thank you "KS Repo" for proving my point. My order number was 19434. You really are amazing scammers. A legitimate business would have already worked through this instead of trying to sell the public that this is not a legitimate complaint...I look forward to providing all the information to anyone that asks for validation of my experience with you scammers

1.You didn't scam me because I wasn't dumb enough to wire money to you without seeing what I was purchasing
2.I didn't pay for an item that I wasn't allowed to see
3.You didn't take my money because I didn't send money because you said I could not come see the vehicle even though you said the vehicle was at your premises...
4.I invite anyone to read the other "real" reviews of your business that state exactly what I have stated.
5. If you company is legitimate, I invite you to show me the vehicle that I "won" at auction along with legitimate proof. Otherwise, just shut up and stop trying to get people to wire you money without having any ability to see the vehicle that they will be purchasing. You know this is a scam and so do the people that have written legitimate reviews...

Dear Michael,

We invite you to read the terms and conditions before placing a bid. Everything is crystal clear. If you do not agree, just stay away. No one has been forced you in any way, to bid on our website or even register. When you got to the bank to open an account, or apply for a loan, you have no issues giving your full SSN, but when we ask for the last 4 digits, you suddenly become very frustrated. Just try to understand all our assets are held by banks and other financial institutions and they need to verify your identity before committing the purchase.
Read the terms again, please.
Thank you
KS Repos

Update:

We're having a hard time understanding why do you call us scammers.

How did we scam you?
Did you pay for your item and ever receive it?
Did we take your money and we disappear?
Did you receive a lemon vehicle?
Do you someone who's been scammed by us?
The answer is NO.

Because you did not read the terms and conditions, that doesn't mean we are scammers. These are our rules, accept it or leave. No one forced you to bid on a vehicle or even register on our website. Your opinion is personal, but wrong this time. Your frustration doesn't make us scammers.

If the time offered by us to inspect your vehicle( 14 days ) doesn't fit your needs, we suggest to visit your local dealer, pay three times as much, and take a deep look at it(they are probably buying from us anyway).

Also, we suggest reading again, at least now, the terms:

"Since we are a repossession company contracted by banks, finance houses, and leasing companies, we do not have a showroom or an inspection facility. This helps us to keep the prices down. All sales are made online, based on delivery. We offer 14 days reject/return policy and a 6-month free warranty, as a standard, with each vehicle. The vehicles will be delivered with a time frame between 7 and 14 days."
Maybe you will understand this time.
Have a great day!

Total scam

Total scam. Look up ls-repos.com or GBDT reviews on trustpilot for their previous incarnation. Look at the dates of all the other reviews on here. Google the VIN numbers to see where they stole the vehicle listings from. Do not register, do not give them your info, and for sure do not send them money of any sort.

Edit: Ha, which regular Americans from Kansas use the term “denigration campaign” this much? Keep trying to get these reviews removed, multiple people have already reported you guys to the FBI

Are you a local dealer or something? Your denigration campaign doesn't work. We took a look at your "incarnation" website and has nothing to do with us. We suggest you to change your company policy and take care of your customers, insted sending bad reviews. Good luck

PS: Your review has been reported and probably you should prove you had a genuine experience.
