The customer service from you guys is top notch - regards to György Kocsis.
But UPS "tried" to deliver the package and claimed that I wasn't at home. The reality is that I was and they didn't call or tried to actually deliver it. I even saw the driver leave the parking spot and then 5 min later I received message that I wasn't home.

So pleased with the friendly and efficient service from this company. I had a manufacturing problem with an item I ordered. They dealt with the issue very promptly and issued me with replacement goods within 48 hours. Brilliant!

Everything was perfect, just the website after i ordered it doesn't appear on my order profile. Hopefully you fix it in the future

Best products and extremely low prices! They may seem expensive at first release but after awhile most goalkeeper products go on sale for over 70 percent off! And shipping is reliable to the U.S. I can't always expect my product in 3 days from ordering it from Austria which is awesome service. Would only recommend if you are able to afford the products, because this is the best of the best, no lowball stuff here.

Everything came in a week. The boxes are intact. I will still order.

The product itself is fine I suppose but not as durable as advertised. We ordered 12. 2 arrived damaged and trying to get replacements sent has been a hassle. The company first wants us to return the damaged ones. Which is fine but we should not be responsible for those shipping costs. Replacements should be sent out immediately. And we've had others pop as well when they shouldn't have based on the claims made by the company. A couple will happily admit are our fault but still underwhelmed with the company and product.

Come across the website while looking for a specific pair of gloves. I have been looking for the Adidas predator ultimate fingersave gloves for a long time but not the new version as they are not to my liking. I found them on this website and the site was easy to use with all the information u was looking for. They had great prices on all the gloves I looked at. Ordered the ones i wanted and within a few days I recieved them with no hassle. Austria to England in 3 days I struggle to get stuff from one side of England to the other in 3 days. Impressed with the service I have recieved and I will definitely be using them again. I used prodirectsoccer for over 10 years but Keepersport have won me over
