I placed my order on September 2nd and I still haven’t received my hair and now it’s the 26th even tho It says I have Express shipping. I was told after placing my order it takes a couple days for shipment but it’s been weeks now. Guess I will have to cancel my order due to lack of service and I still haven’t heard from anyone when I contacted ksdeluxe about my issue.

Honestly I was a little worried that I ordered very last minute for a huge event, but I requested for it to be rushed and it was! I commend the owner, she's the real deal.
The hair itself looked just like it did in the photos. I received so many compliments! And for the price, it was beyond my expectations! Definitely will be ordering from here again.

I absolutely loved my hair. This was my first time ever receiving a hair and not having to bleach the lace. I received a lot of compliments on this hair. It was very straight and silky, easy to flat iron. If you are dark skin and hesitant about trying this I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed

Customer service is great. I received an email about a mix up with my order and it was handled so professionally and I still got the exact wig that I wanted. The quality of the hair is great. So soft and easy to comb through. Slight shedding but a normal amount. The lace melts fairly well and the package comes with goodies!
