Great customer service and stress-free delivery

Fast order processing and delivers worldwide
It's really hard to find shops with K-beauty that deliver to Bosnia and Herzegovina and where shipping is not too expensive. Kskin delivers to Bosnia and shipping was 8 euros, they sent the package just two hours after I placed my order, so really fast from their side. It did take a month to arrive and package was stuck in France for two weeks, it could be late due to holidays, but that doesn't take away from positive experience with Kskin.

Great experience, my items arrived really quickly and were well packaged. The items themselves are great and felt very nice on my skin. I had a query in relation to my order and got a response within a hour, highly recommend.

Nina is so lovely and customer service is excellent. She gave me some great advice and support, responding immediately to any questions I had. She is also really knowledgeable about skincare products. I opted for Click and Collect and as soon as I ordered the product, Nina contacted about me about arranging a time for collection. I recommend ordering with KSkin.
