The whole experience was great I'm only…

The whole experience was great I'm only starting off with telescopes and Stephen was great it was very relaxed , Stephen went through everything with us and we were not left feeling like we needed to purchase anything even though we did which is great . Stephen made us feel very comfortable and gave us his card with phone number if we had any questions etc to call anytime which we really appreciated.. highly recommend.

Santa brought a celestron starsense…

Santa brought a celestron starsense explorer LT for my 10yr old boys first telescope. Ktec made the choice very easy with his knowledge and experience. Great service. We were very lucky to have a clear night on christmas evening and both myself and my son saw the moons of jupiter for the first time ever. Paul from Ashbourne.

I spoke with Stephen over the phone

I spoke with Stephen over the phone. He was so friendly and genuine and this is the main reason why I would definitely deal with him again. He advised me on the correct telescope for my son who is a beginner and was not one bit pushy about buying it. He honestly gave proper advice. He did not rush my phonecall either. I have to say I am very happy and my son loves his telescope! He also posted it to me and I had it within two days. I had lost my 2 bank cards that week and he told me if I take a pic of the bank transfer he would send it immediately so that i would have it in time for my sons 16th bday even though he would not have received the transfer for another couple of days. Genuine helpful, honest guy! Thank you Stephen! Excellent service
