Bought a domain and had my transaction…

Bought a domain and had my transaction held up for verification for some reason.

Called support and they said it was because my country of residence differed from my country of banking and I would need to submit documentation to confirm my purchase.

Cancelled the purchase and bought the domain elsewhere for the same price. It's a URL, not a mortgage, why would you overcomplicate it?

Service rep was polite and professional so happy to give a single star for that part of the experience.

spent 45 minutes with support to renew a domain without success, unsure if is incompency or their antiquate UX, UI, techonology stack: I'll create a ticket to formally document the issue and ensure the concerns you've raised about the renewal workflow and user experience are reviewed by the appropriate team. I understand your frustration, and I agree that a domain renewal should be a straightforward process.

The Support Desk staff could not have been more helpful if they had tried.

Customer service is 2nd to none, Fantastic.

Really, of all our experiences working with so many hosting companies, digital solutions providers and dedicated server teams over the years, including Kualo now (Nearly 8 years). The service we have received from them is second to none, especially when is comes to customer service from their specialist support teams. Excellent choice!

The care and professionalism of Kualo

Although at this time I am not subscribed to any of their services, I have used them in the past and plan on using them in the future. I will recommend Kualo to anyone who asks me for the following reasons, aside from their products, they respond back to me in a timely manner and are eager to resolve any issues that I may have. They are very professional in the way they handle themselves and from every encounter that I have had with them I can tell that they just genuinely care.

Amazing customer service and value for money - especially if you are non-technical

I cannot believe how good these people are. As my old webhosting service was down, I had to migrate my domains, email and (non-functioning) website. As someone totally non-technical I felt a sense of deep dread. But the lovely people at Kualo have been patient, cheerful and endlessly helpful, and have frequently gone beyond what I would have expected. It looks like, with their help, I'll even get the website working again - despite the fact that's not technically part of their service.

If you are an existing client, we do include strong spam filtering across our hosting platforms and this can usually be reviewed and adjusted quite quickly once we’re able to look at the specific account.

If you’re referring to something else, for example emails you’ve received that appear to relate to Kualo, we’d really appreciate a bit more detail so we can understand and respond appropriately.

If that’s the case, we do take abuse reports seriously and will always investigate where sufficient evidence is provided.
