This company is amazing! Super fast delivery and excellent quality garden furniture! I got the Danielle 4 seater set which is not only sturdy and well made but with its aluminum frame it should withstand the elements for years to come. All the cushions have zips too!
Mark went above and beyond to help me and was available in person on the phone to answer my queries.

Mark went above and beyond to find a mattress that was a close match to our old one, keeping us updated with progress. Lovely company. Asked for a custom order that wasn't listed on the website and they happily obliged. They kept in contact the whole time while awaiting the delivery and quick to respond on the live chat when I had a coupon of questions. Customer service was brilliant and overall very friendly people. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We were looking for a specific type of leather sofa and sourced one locally. The retailer wanted £70 to deliver it 1 mile. After a search on the web I found the exact same unit so phoned up to check the details and cost of delivery. Mark was so helpful. It was 22% less expensive and the cost to deliver it 366 miles was included! Furthermore we were assured that it would be delivered before Christmas and it was.
Excellent service and a high standard of customer care.

I ordered a garden patio set, and paid for it with my Debit Card. On the due delivery date the team turned up and planted a huge box in my hall. They refused to move it into the house as they said they weren't insured, so it was stuck blocking the entrance to the rest of the house ! Then they could not find the second box in the order, so I refused to accept part delivery, and they removed the large box and left. Since then, the situation has just gone from bad to worse. The Order Tracking system still says that the order has been delivered "without issue", at the same time noting that delivery had not been accepted. As this was not true, I notified my Debit Card company of the problem, so they issued a temporary credit pending resolution. I also contacted the delivery company about the problem, and they told me they were trying to locate the missing carton and would get back to me. That has not happened. This has prompted Kubekfurniture to permanently cancel my order. They seem to have taken umbrage at the fact that I have taken the matter up with the Card company, even though I have told them that suspension of payment is easily reversible and that I will be happy to pay for the order when it is finally received. However it seems that, to this supplier, cancelling an order that they have not fulfilled is the preferred option to actually dealing with and resolving an issue that has been caused by themselves and/or their third party haulage contractor !

What a wonderful service they answered all my queries added extras I wanted and fantastic quick delivery with all items for our wonderful new outdoor furniture. Couldn’t have had better service or price. Wow
