Very poor order delivery quality
I've ordered the items to be delivered to the office address and clearly stated in the notes that "it is the office AND i need delivery to happen between 10:30 and 16:00". It was also stated by the company that delivery will take place within 1-2 days (it was paid delivery). The currier called me on the second day (so it was the last of the two days when the package should have been delivered according to the rules of delivery) at 21:30 (!!!) and said that he will be able to deliver in 30 minutes. I had to reschedule and stated that I need the package to be delivered before lunch - the currier called me at 17:00 and we had to postpone again... Very poor service in terms of processing orders and addressing the clients needs...

We would like to mention that you ordered 1-2 days express shipping. we attempted delivery to the address you indicated in the order. you agreed to the delivery person to meet in 1 hour after call and it appears that you ware not in the address indicated in the order. that courier agreed to you to deliver next day. so you wanted delivery to the same address next day until 3:00 PM and to another address after 3:00 PM. Next day courier called you at about 5:00 PM to ask the address you ware at that moment in order to deliver and you refused to get the order in your residential address. so we agreed again to deliver next day and 3rd delivery attempt are successful. We tried 3 times to deliver, however as far as you ware not happy with our service, we would like to offer refund the double amount of your express shipping cost (10 GEL x 2=20GEL). Also he said that they don't deliver anything on Tuesday, so there's a question: for what I've paid extra money?
UPD: kubiki.ge provided me a promocode for 20 GEL, so I guess this situation is resolved in a good manner.

We contacted and tried to deliver next day after the order to your address unsuccessfully - you ware not available. Due to the logistic issues we could not managed to deliver next day after the first attempt. So we delivered only 3-rd day and we issued the refund for 20 GEL (express delivery was only 10 GEL) to compensate the disappointment from your side dispite the fact that we tried to deliver next day to you.
