Dishonest Broker – Withdrawal Delayed for Weeks, Clear Violation of Terms – AVOID!
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this so-called broker — it is a dishonest and unreliable platform that appears to be operating as a scam.
I requested a withdrawal of my funds at the beginning of December (over 3 weeks ago as of late December), and my request is still pending with no updates, and no resolution despite multiple follow-ups. This is a blatant violation of their own terms and conditions, which clearly state that withdrawals are processed within up to 5 business days. Instead, I have received nothing but silence, generic automated replies (when they bother to respond at all), and excuses that make no sense.
This situation feels like a deliberate insult to clients who trusted the platform with their hard-earned money. My funds are no longer visible or accessible in my trading account, nor have they been returned to my bank — they have simply disappeared into limbo. This is not how a legitimate broker operates; it is a classic sign of fraud where they hold your money hostage while hoping you'll give up or deposit more.
I have already started the process of reporting this to my country's financial regulators and relevant government authorities to recover my funds and hold them accountable. I urge anyone reading this to do the same if you've been affected — do not let them get away with it.
Do not trust the suspiciously perfect positive reviews on this broker's profile. They are overwhelmingly generic, overly enthusiastic, and posted in large volumes around the same time — a common tactic used by fake review farms to drown out genuine complaints like this one.
If you're considering this broker, avoid it at all costs. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. There are many regulated and reputable brokers out there — choose one that actually respects its clients and processes withdrawals promptly.

Withdrawals take forever and getting paid feels like an endless fight. Support gives vague answers and keeps delaying instead of solving anything. The spreads are completely broken and change randomly, making it impossible to trade properly. Because of this, trades that should be profitable turn into losses for no reason. Overall, the platform feels unreliable and extremely frustrating to use. I would not recommend Kudo Trade to anyone who values their time or money.

Deposits and withdrawals are easy to manage.
In terms of communication from Kudotrade, it's great. There's weekly info about the outlook ahead, what's going on in the market and what to expect. There's also daily confirmations of account balance so you don't have to keep logging in multiple times to check, which I found helpful. Avoid Kudotrade – extremely delayed withdrawal and unhelpful support
UPDATE: Kudotrade offered me $200 to remove my comment. That is not happening!
I requested a withdrawal from Kudotrade on November 20. It was supposed to take 3–7 days, but when that time had passed, I contacted support. They assured me that the funds were “on their way.” Nothing happened.
The next time I reached out, they said I would “probably receive the money by the end of the week.” The week passed — still no money. Every time I contacted Kudotrade, I got the same scripted response:
“You’re first in line to receive your funds, I’ll personally check with the team.”
But no funds ever arrived. Despite several follow-ups, support could not give me a single concrete update on when I would actually get my money.
Eventually, I got in touch with their Swedish representative, and only then did things start moving. Without his help, I’m convinced I still wouldn’t have received anything. It took 21 days (!) from the withdrawal request until the funds reached my account.
That’s completely unacceptable — especially since the balance is deducted from your trading account the moment you submit the withdrawal request.
Extremely poor handling by Kudotrade, and the most frustrating part was their dishonest and evasive communication.
👉 Do not deposit money with Kudotrade!
If you already have funds there, withdraw them immediately and never go back.
