Great service and came very quickly

Great service and came very quickly!
Only gripe would be the colour of my item was much darker when it arrived as opposed to how it looked on the website, other than that, perfect! Will 100% be using again!

Thanks for your review Gracie. I will take up the colour-issue with our production team. It seems we don't colour match recycled bows to the original as we print more, and from memory there was a reason, related to the recycling process. I will query and get the answer clearer here. Thanks for highlighting it.

I have recently shown interest in purchasing a dispenser for our wrapping paper and ribbon spools and Jeanette was incredibly helpful. Always replying quickly and providing the information I required to ensure it would fit on our limited wrapping area. We went ahead with the purchase, and we look forward to using it. Thank you.

High quality product and excellent service

It's difficult to find gift wrap suitable for small jewellery gifts, but after searching everywhere for mini gift bows I found exactly what I wanted at Kudos. I hope they will extend the range to include mini gift tags to complement small parcels.

The website is clear and easy to navigate. The checkout was easy, and I was pleased that they offered a printable VAT invoice.

I would definitely recommend Kudos, and will buy again.
