Great place to shop
Excellent customer service. I bought some catcher's gear for my son for Christmas, I called ahead to see if the package I wanted was in stock. I was told it was. I made the order online, only to come to find out there was a miscommunication and the item I wanted was not in stock in a whole package. I was told the pieces that go to the package are in stock separately, excluding the helmet. I was then given the option of waiting a week for all the correct pieces or they would send my package out with the upgrades version of the helmet (the next step up) for the same price. I opted for the upgraded helmet to be shipped out that day and I received my package within a few days. I do a lot of research before I buy anything and while talking to Brian one of the customer service agents, it's evident he knows his stuff, including the small details that most bigger store customer service reps wouldn't know. Customer service was awesome, shipping was fast and I got a very good deal. Very satisfied and will be shopping here again.
