Bad experience

Before ordering, I contacted the seller via email asking if the Kugoo Wish 01 was currently in stock. They said yes and that it would take 4-7 days to arrive at my door. I then placed my Order #1040. All of this happened on July 28.

On August 5th I contacted the seller who told me the order will be shipped "next week". They also said that there are "delays at the warehouse" because of "peak season".

I inquired about my order multiple times in the meantime via the chat on the website.

On August 28th I opened a chargeback with Klarna, after which the seller immediately messaged me back telling me they would ship on Monday, September 1st if I stopped the chargeback. I gave the seller another chance and stopped the chargeback. They told me again they will ensure the order is shipped on Monday.

On September 1st they contacted me saying "Your order is currently under customs clearance". I did not understand which customs clearance they meant, so I replied asking, but received no answer. I also did not receive any shipping confirmation or tracking link.

I have not heard anything from them since, which is why I again opened a chargeback case with Klarna today (September 10th).

Scammers

I ordered a m4 max with the order nr 1046 i talked to them that i want a refund and after some time they blocked me on whatsapp.

UPDATE:

They deleted the website and I cant get my refund

Over one month waiting now!

I placed my order (1047) on August 4th and have still not received any delivery.

I have tried emailing and calling, no response. Sometimes you reply on WhatsApp.
On August 8th I started asking about the status, and since then I have sporadically received replies consisting of excuses about long delivery times, many orders before mine that need to be shipped, etc.
On August 21st I was told I would get tracking, but I haven’t received anything yet.
On August 23rd I was told I would get tracking on the 25th, but I haven’t received anything yet.
On August 27th you said it would be shipped on August 29th, but I haven’t received anything yet.
On August 30th you said it was shipped, but I still haven’t received any tracking number.

Several times I have tried to demand compensation or a refund and cancellation of the order, but no response!

This is a real scam site that only deceives people. Do not buy from this site!

UPDATE 2025-09-10
Blocked on whatsapp so cannot contact them anymore. Also phonenumber is removed from website.
I have also created a case against Klarna to help me with refound.

Hi there

Hi there, im a real person not a bot, I ordered the g2 because I sau its big discount of 450€ and I put in a promoțional Code and I got it for 434€, I wanted to put 3 stars but I didnt because I now realised how good the price was, and yes I gave a 4 star because shipping time is kind off slow, they respond on whastssap everyday, only sometimes they dont, the kukirin looks cool and goes 55 with me on it

Late but ok

Order placed for G2 master on July 11th, shipped on 6th August, and received on 13th August. It costed 785€ for me (799€ initially, with coupon, but from what I've heard the dealer has raised the price)

Initially after ordering I became a bit skeptical about the dealer, since they didn't ship for days. Customer service is patient, they told me that they had whatever problems at their warehouse, but they've shipped after ~25 days with GLS. They didn't respond sometimes, but it wasnt a big problem.

When I received my order, the box was damaged a bit on the top corner, fortunately the scooter did not get damaged.
Till now I haven't experienced any problems or issues with the scooter, after riding ~40km, I do enjoy it.

Shopping experience was not the best, ofc, but I think no other person should experience issues with them.

edit: noticed they sort of deleted their site (or that's what I think) and people didnt get their order, i guess I am one of the few lucky people that got the scooter from them so-called scammers. i dont know about my warranty though

Poor Communication, Delays, and Ignored Refund Request

I ordered a Kukirin G2 scooter from Kugoo for €560, including extras like a phone holder, lock, and bag. After more than two weeks with no shipping or updates, I was finally told the product was out of stock — something that was never mentioned at checkout.

They offered me an upgrade to the G2 Max if I paid €200 more. I agreed, hoping it would speed things up, but even after paying a total of €760, they still failed to ship the product when promised. I asked to cancel and get a refund, but my request was ignored. They replied as if nothing happened and said they’d ship it “next week” — again delaying the process without addressing my cancellation.

I’ve now opened a payment dispute through Revolut because I’ve lost trust in the company. Their customer service is unresponsive and dismissive, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them unless you’re willing to wait indefinitely and fight to get your money back.
