Five stars for experience of ordering in shop and delivery earlier than anticipated. One star for carpet which had a large white mark where it looked like no colour had been printed on it on arrival. Especially disappointing considering it had been checked by quality control and passed!
Inconvenient now having to reorder, send back and wait for replacement.
Update:
Left rug back to shop where staff took photos and returned same. They ordered new rug and I added underlay. All arrived in prompt time as before and I'm happier this time.

Got what I wanted straight away. The lady was polite and knowledgeable about everything. Rug arrived, well wrapped and within the time stated n the shop.

This rug looks exactly like the photo. The texture of the pile is a bit coarse. It’s not silky like other Kukoon rugs I have purchased.

Really lovely rug . Got it to layer over a large rug to cover wine stains . The pink is as it is in picture online . It brightens the room adding colour to cream sofas .
The delivery service was excellent.

Lovely rug, quick delivery but I'm disappointed that the underlay ordered with it is about 10cm shorter than the runner. It was stated on the website that, as well as preventing slips etc, the underlay would prevent curling in the corners of the rug....I'm a bit concerned that this might happen and cause a hazard for my elderly MIL

Minimal waiting time. Delivered when they said it would be. Rug true to colours on web site....all in all very efficient.

The rug was delivered very quickly.
It was exactly as described online and is just what I needed.

The order process was excellent and delivery was on-time with plenty of advance notice. The rug itself is disappointing. The colour looks very artificial - nothing like the images on the website. The rug looks and feels very synthetic with an unnatural sheen. And even though it's deep pile, it feels thin when you walk on it. Okay it's not an expensive rug but I've had similarly priced rugs before that delivered far higher quality

I always buy my rugs from Kukoon, they are excellent quality and great value. Delivery is quick and smooth. I recommend Kukoon to all!!

Very quick delivery, I ordered my rug on Monday and got it on Tuesday. The rug itself is beautiful, very good quality. I am very happy with the purchase and if I buy a rug in the future it will be from Kukoon. Highly recommended.

Arrived very fast, and great value, i ordered.200cm x 290cm lovely rug and a bit brighter than I expected. See how long before it's at a stage to wash. Thought I had ordered the rubber backed rug I could put in machine,but that's all down to me for not checking properly . Maybe next time I'll pay more attention. Would recommend though as excellent service and price.
