Best book Iseen in my life

Don’t normally leave reviews but felt I needed to ordered my girls a gym set each arrived within 2 days great quality material my daughters love the sets there was a free gift that was not expected and a card with a powerful and lovely message make sure you look after yourself first will definitely be ordering from these again nice little touches you don’t see much of anymore well done.

I've bought leggings from here many times and they're always great. With my most recent order, kukubird accidentally sent the wrong items. I emailed them and they sorted it really quickly, they pre-paid for the shipping so I could return them and then sent out the correct set. Great customer service.

I love Kukubird! This online shop is a great little gem. Super speedy delivery, amazing prices and designs, and free gifts. What more can you ask for? I love the mystery purchase options too, somehow they always manage to find something I would choose myself! Love my parcels from them, every time! Keep it up please 😘

Great experience with customer service.
I felt I had to write this review due to so many negative comments. I received my parcel with two missing items as it was slightly open. I emailed Kukubird and received the missing items in a few days.
In terms of quality you get what you pay for, you can’t expect amazing leggings for this amount of money. Especially they run sales all the time so you can really get a bargin (4-6 pounds), loungewear is very good and cheap.

Came across kukubird via an ad. Ordered two pairs, disappointed with quality and the price. For the price I paid I expected a better quality and they were quite thin.
I’ve also noticed there’s significantly less choice in the curve range and hardly any curve leggings go on sale when the 8-12 leggings do.
They do their plain gym type leggings in bigger sizes 20plus why can’t they do their patterned leggings in bigger sizes too?
Also it’s frustrating that you have to pay to return.

I I bought the new soft cream soap when it was launched.
It arrived today, the smell is really unpleasant.
It's supposed to have "fruity" scent, it just smells plastic and unpleasant.
It's got a very odd texture too
I won't buy again, or recommend it to anyone

Ordered the two for £5 deal for the second time. They were dispatched within 24 hours and delivered in under 48 hours. Very impressed and a great fit!

Quite happy with my kukubird leggings. Some of the active leggings the sizes are a bit off but the designs are great and they are comfy! I love my black casual leggings ?super soft fabric.
Also quite affordable. Made the swap from LLL to kukubird and no regrets !

Terrible company please avoid.
I made a purchase through amazon and then a note to say it had been dispatched.
What arrived was an empty package with no item and just a note requesting I choose something else. They've ignored ALL my messages and Amazon have been useless and aren't remotely interested. I will be claiming my money back through a-z guarantee so shouldn't miss out but wanted to warn others about how bad they are.

Yes like other people say, you realise how bad the service is after you shopping here.I won't go back again.

Nice enough but not really worth the hassle.
Free leggings to new members which was great, bought an extra two pairs. All pairs have now gone in the bin as the stitching had gone in different places and with only been able to fix a few times due to the type of material wasn't worth it. One pair my sister bought had huge mis prints and a pair I had bought were wrong, customer service took forever to reply and when I did ask before Christmas when they were getting more plus size leggings in Admin L rudely inboxed me on FB saying my comment was getting removed and if I had any issues with company I shouldn't post it and should email them.... well dont have a FB page if I can't ask a question because your customer service isn't up to scratch.

Lovely quality items and have had quite a few orders and will definitely be purchasing again.Had a small problem with out of stock item that they sent out as soon as it was back in stock and in time for Xmas so nothing bad.
All in all I’m loving kukubird and they delivered very fast and have plenty of offers.

Bad customer service，don't buy！！

Ordered a purse which has never been received. The tracking number provided displays we are waiting on the item from the sender. Customer service is atrocious, emailed them twice and have yet to receive a response. Telephoned them and spoke to someone whose English wasn't the best, was going informed the item had been lost, another one would be sent outand I would receive another tracking number, this has never happened. Please avoid ordering from this company as they are not interested if there is an issue, awful customer service. Have had to raise a case with PayPal to try and get a refund.

I love kukubird! Have had so many positive orders and am in love with how soft the leggings are! Had problems with a pair that were not sown right and they sent a new pair out straight away! The Facebook team are really quick to reply about anything I’ve ever asked about! Much love!

Ordered 1 pair of leggings to check them out. Was very happy with the fit and quality, so ordered more for myself and my daughter.

Unfortunately on the second order, one of the leggings they sent to me was similar, but not what I ordered. I contacted them and asked them to send me the correct leggings but they asked me to send them the leggings that they had mistakenly sent to me back to them first.

I refused on the grounds that I was not going to go out of my way and be out of pocket for a mistake on their part. Plus I did not want to put myself at risk (coronavirus) by having to go to the Post Office.

I did not receive any response to my email, I had to write several before I eventually received a reply.

They replied with "Please message our customer service unit on our facebook page, they will be able to help😊"

I found that rather cheeky/lazy. And the smiley face at the end, I found infuriating. They were passing the buck and inconveniencing me further, rather than them helping me, I was being made to work to rectify their mistake.

I told them that I did not use Facebook and could they message customer services on my behalf.

I received another email asking me to return the leggings that I'd been mistakenly sent. Again I refused (same grounds).

The finally agreed to send me the leggings I ordered without having to send the wrong ones back. (The leggings only cost £6.99.)

When I received the leggings in the post, they were the wrong ones AGAIN.

I wrote to them AGAIN and they were much more helpful this time. I person told me that she would personally check the leggings before they sent them to me.

Third time luck, I received my correct order. The whole process took a month.

During this time I received a number of emails asking for reviews. If I was to give a 5 star reviews I would get a 5% discount for my next purchase. I find this a bit unethical. I wrote a review (not 5 star) and it was not published. It seems like only 5 star reviews get published. A bit dishonest I think. Good job we can come to Trusted Pilot to write a review instead.

I was initially quite impressed with Kukubird. I had bought a pair of leggings off them to try them out and had been a bit nervous after reading a lot of bad reviews. They arrived and I liked the funky patterns and subsequently purchased a few more pairs. I joined their Facebook community and was a bit shocked by the absolutely terrible spelling and grammar demonstrated by one of the Facebook admins who was posting multiple times a day. It did give me a bit of pause as surely no reputable business would be creating social media content that was poorly written.

Nevertheless, I hadn't had any problems up to that point, so I continued to follow them and then submitted a new order. Luckily it was for a very small amount (£6.99) as they immediately removed the amount from my Paypal but also sent me an email saying that they were unable to take payment and wouldn't send my order.

Their customer service at this point was absolutely horrific. I contacted them on Facebook messenger and they replied saying they would look into it on the Monday morning (this was Friday evening). So far, so good. However, radio silence ensued despite two chase up messages. I emailed and was completely ignored. I then opened a discussion with them via Paypal Resolution Centre. This was also ignored.

I then commented on their Facebook group (politely) to ask if anyone knew any other way for me to contact them. The post wasn't approved. I finally had some more contact made with them via Facebook Messenger, asking me questions that were already answered in screenshots I'd sent them. I answered the questions and, once again, they ignored me. I'm just about to open a claim up via Paypal as this has already went on for over two weeks. It's only a small amount of money, but it is more the principal.

I have recently purchased from Kukubird and really like the products. I never though I would wear leggings, but after losing some weight I feel more confident to try them out. I have to say they are very comfortable and they have some fun and pretty patterns. I am a size 14-16 and the curve leggings fit well. The delivery and communication has all been good. I would give 5 stars if there were more products and choice in the curve size, perhaps the range could be expanded? That would reach out to a greater customer base I think. :-)

Everyone is saying about poor quality of leggings. I'm actually happy with the material. But not happy with their service at all. My order wasn't complete. They've missed 2 leggings and gave me a cheap scarf which I never ordered. I've sent them few emails but they never responded.
