Excellent price, awful dispatch time.
I purchased a Herschel heritage backpack from this website and thus leaving a review in gratitude. The bag retails for £50-60 but they sell it at £35 + p&p. I’m happy with the price and item. The problem is dispatch as I had to wait 1 week for it despite buying a 48 hour service. They’re based in Northern Island so I cut them some slack. Thanks!

Hello, thanks for your review. Sorry that the delivery took longer than it should. We dispatched the item within 1 day, but unfortunately Royal Mail took longer than expected as they seemed to be overwhelmed on Black Friday weekend. Out of our control but still far from ideal and for that we apologise.
Unreliable quality
Have bought same pair of shoes 4 times now.
This was the 5th. Did order seize 9, the pair of shoes I did receive they state is seize 9 but that is inaccurate. On top of that shoes were used. Someone can understand when “leather” is broken from being used in compare to the one not used.
Delivery was fast.
