Utter tosh—the item arrived smashed, so both the child and adult mouthpieces do not work. I tried to contact them to get a refund, which I am entitled to as they sent a broken item, but as predicted, there was no response. Companies should have more restrictions applied so that crap, cheap, tat, which gets thrown away or goes to landfill, a Chinese crap tat should be banned in the UK. make it well, or not at all.

Fraudsters I bought these choker things which are miniture plungers which do not look safe to use on someone whose choking. They said I had to send it back to China when it came from England and has the address as the return address. It says on website 90 days guarentee return but they still won't give me a refund, only if they get it back wuthin 7 days and in china.
Biggest crooks I've ever known. They have nothing to say on their website it is a company in China and I never order anything from China

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE, no returns unless you pay no labels unless you sort after a list of procedures to get through AMERICAN customs, then a few more to get through british customs any returns you do will go to CHINA, something very fishy with these

Don't buy. Just arrived. No suction, certainly not enough to pull anything from your throat. Ever seen someone choke? It is terrifying but imagine the consequences of using something that doesn't work and delaying calling for help.

AVOID! I was daft enough to read the reviews after I had placed my order. It arrived two days ago and is not fit for purpose, these are counterfeit products from China … and have to be returned to China at great expense (£20+) to secure a refund. Thankfully, I had paid via PayPal and having completed an online form this evening, they immediately informed me I would receive a full refund within 3 working days. Thank goodness - I bought these with my family’s safe being in mind - I believe they could kill someone.

This company are total scammers, said uk based, but came with a Chinese label underneath the Uk label, I’m waiting for my return to get to the scammers, so I can claim my money back, once it has been signed for they have to refund me, the rubbish choking device had no suction at all, I am fuming, there is no way they are getting away with this, reported to Government & Trading Standards, I have no idea why nothing is done about this fake rubbish coming in from China 😡

Ordered two anti choke devices. Joke device more like. ... it's ike a kid's toy. No suction and a complete waste of money. Also was led to believe that it was from an English webiste... It isn't. It's Chinese.

Wish I’d read the reviews before buying 3 of the anti choke devices. Once again duped by Chinese fakes. They haven’t arrived yet but I’m reluctant to give them to my family. How do I report this company and get my money back? Seems they can steal your money for extremely cheap fakes.

No response from then at all emailed 3 times to cancell wish I knew this was fake site only realised after reviews ill would like a response if not i will be raising this matter with bank as scamming people wnat a refund

I have bought 2 of these because I keep choking on food. They arrived on 22 nd July 2025, however, they do not work, no matter how much pumping I do, I cannot get any suction on my face, so there is no way it will pull food out of my throat

I order two bath mats via online ad. $54. I got notice of delivery which is completely false. They said they sent to an address that I have heard of. I have tried several times to get them to correct No avail

Haven’t received my item yet and it’s been 10 days of the 7-10 days timeframe, my item is still in China according to shipping. Have spoken to LifeVac, they are the only manufacturer of this product so the very clever Instagram ad I saw is a FAKE! There’s a gov.uk campaign to get these fakes banned. These items have been found to actually cause more harm. I won’t be using if they arrive.
Have disputed the purchase to Halifax to hopefully get my money back.

Wish I'd read these reviews before I sent off for my order. I had a message to say it had been delivered but I have not seen hide nor hair of it. I messaged twice had no reply. I contacted PayPal and they have refunded my money

Appalling company. Advertised as a U.K. product the brain child of a nhs health worker. Then once you have ordered it said coming from USA. I messaged to cancel straight away. No reply after 3 messages sent. Reported to PayPal resolution centre. The next day I got a message to say they had despatched item and it’s coming from China, so a Chinese piece of plastic crap. Awaiting to hear if I can get my money back from PayPal. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCUM.

I ordered 3 of the choke aid £64 been taken from account,not heard a thing from KULZ,I've informed them I want a refund and also informed my Bank to hopefully get my money back.All the reviews were wrong that I first saw on this scam.BAD....Within hours of this being put on,they have arrived but they look like toys.Please stop messing about with our intelligence.omg..

If I could give this company I would. They took money for an order that I cancelled straight away. Several emails and no response.

I ordered an item on 6 July 13.38. I cancelled on 6 July 14.00. Despite this I was told it had shipped and couldn't be cancelled and they had my money. I have continually emailed them and have been told to tell them when it arrives and they will "guide me through the returns process" . I have a tracking number but as of today 20 July I am told that " tracking information not available". And "unshipped items cannot be tracked". If it has not shipped why was I told it had shipped less than 5 mins after I ordered it and where is it and my money. Don't touch this Company - s this a scam and if so I am going to report it as such.

Update. You ask if I shop with this company often. No, this is the first time and it will certainly be the last

Update 2. Item received and told returns address in China. On the package sent to me it clearly states a returns address in the UK. I have returned the item to the address in the UK and told the seller what I have done and sent them a copy of the original packaging showing returns address and a copy of the tracking number with parcel force. I'll wait and see what they say.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.Total scam.I ordered three,one for my son's family,one for myself and one for my daughter as her son is disabled and at high risk of choking.They turned up squashed and misshapen.on closer inspection they are unbranded on one case the zip is broken,the face masks would probably burst with any pressure,there are bits of plastic stick out and no suction at all from what looks and feels like a children's toy.You only buy this product for the safety of your family,how do these people sleep at night.Lets only hope that no one has died because of them.I have emailed twice no response.Will try my bank next.DO NOT BUY
