This website is trusted but its slow also and if we ask for the refund then they just keeps of making excuse.
In overall its trusted but the customer service is bad and its also slow most of the time if we pay for the product we need to wait a lot of time.

Don’t buy it’s a scam

Guys, i swear to god i just had the worst moment ever right now, i went to Kunyo gaming in star mall to play some counter strike because I've been aching to play it as the place i normally go to had shut down and i swear to god I've never been so disappointed. The network was non working like i didnt work at all for me and my friends and the game didn't even start then, they didnt even give us attention when we said the problems had occured then didnt didnt give refund when we left an hour early and basically robbed us of 600 rupees. Will not recommend. Never going back again.

I purchased some UC(Unknown Cash)for pubg mobile via Khalti App.
But even though it said the transaction was unsuccessful they had the audacity to deduct the amount from my account.

After that I had two numbers to which I called but to my surprise they didn’t even receive the call.And one of the number was switched kff after I called that number.

I even mailed 2 times at contactkunyo.co but still there was no response.

How is it possible that such an irresponsive irresponsible and full of scummy a** shady company is running until this time without getting shut down.

And I bet these 5 star reviews are fake AF.
And as I believe you paid some streamers so that you could get into the business and that is real.

Please kunyo.co your business doesn’t seem to run in future if you keep neglecting the customers and don’t try to solve the problem in time.

AND I WISH THERE WERE RATING BELOW ZERO BECAUSE I WANNA RATE YOUR COMPANY AND YOUR BUSINESS IN MINUS.

Kunyo is the worst digital platform. They made me wait for almost a week to get my order. When I asked them to refund they told tomorrow and didn't even proceed that. Is this how your service should be. Very disappointed by the service. -1 star even though they have least 1 star.

Very very worst service ever seen ..I have ordered valorant point in evening but they told me to order and when I ordered then they are just neglecting the message and saying contact us in morning and then I told them to give refund...but still they didn't gave refund and after 4 days they sent me code but not the refund ... seriously worst management and service

very very poor customer service. Doesnot even replies in insta and facebook. Its been 24 hour but still they are saying have patience. I dont know why the f*** this problem is happenning but the kunyo team seems to be neglecting their jobs.

I purchased steam wallet code at morning they said it will be delivered until 9pm but I am not receiving it and when I am messaging them they are saying it will be delivered tomorrow because we are facing issues while purchasing it

The heck, the site has an awfully long processing time and no actual means to communicate with it for enquiries like email or phone number.
