I made my first purchase from Kuololit in April. It was a Mother’s Day gift for my daughter. When the package arrived, it had been opened and my ring was gone.

Per instruction, I reached out to the shipping company who accepted responsibility for the theft but they couldn’t refund me. They could only refund Kuololit directly. I reached out to Kuololit and they offered to resend the ring which I gladly accepted.

In the meantime, a tennis bracelet I had ordered after I bought the ring but before it had arrived got lost in transit. It never made it to the US.

I reached out to Kuololit again and they offered to re-ship the ring and bracelet together.

My items arrived this morning and they are STUNNING!!!! I don’t even care how much trouble it was to get the items here. Between Kuololit’s dedication to getting my items to me and how breathtakingly beautiful the items are, I’ve already started filling up my cart and will be purchasing again.

Kuololit’s customer service is incredible. Their products are gorgeous. Highly recommend!!!

I learned about Kuololit ‘s AliExpress store from a subreddit about moissanite jewelry. People were posting pictures of beautiful pieces they’d purchased from this company. I bought a couple silver stock rings and was blown away by the beauty and quality. I now have a dozen or more pieces from this company ranging from inexpensive sterling pieces to custom rings in 10k yellow and rose gold with a variety of lab grown gems. My most recent piece is a custom order, a 1ct east-west radiant pink lab diamond in a 10k yellow gold half bezel setting. It takes about a month to get your order because the jewelry is assembled when the order is received, not just shipped from a ready-made bunch of items. There are three AliExpress stores associated with this company- Kuololit, Samstin and Luxyimagic, and Kuololit also has a standalone retail website, Kuololit.net. All offer beautiful jewelry at very low prices. It takes about a month to receive an order, but it’s worth the wait! Luxyimagic is the lower priced ready to ship line, so turnaround from this shop is quicker, a couple weeks. I highly recommend this company.

Beautiful jewelry! Appears of solid quality. Just as depicted. I think the price point was very reasonable. Shipping immediate.Used the U.S. website established in Oct 2025 which gave a surprise discount! Would definitely shop here again.

I love their jewelry. Everything I have purchased has been beautiful! They also have excellent customer service. I had a ring that lost a stone in the first month and they replaced it right away. Everything else has held up really well. I wish I could attach a picture to try to show the sparkle of their Mossanite. It is amazing! The only reason for not giving them 5 stars is it takes a long time to get your order. In the end it is without a doubt worth the wait but I wish it would ship a little faster.
