Never again

I can’t leave a full review as I still haven’t received my order. Ordered on 11/16 and today is 11/23. I paid for 3-5 day ups shipping but from some reason usps has the package. Sent an email and all I got in response was reasons for possible delay and no explanation on why my order didn’t ship the method that I paid for. There are many other online retailers with quality products and better customer service.

Well trained crooks

Anyone reading b warned this company will treat u as dirt had friends ordered from them they got run around had problems so I tried do my own thing but because someone else used my mailing address and had problems they said I was responsible for there shortcomings I say that wrong but buyers beware they trying steal offered me 35 percent off tried use they cancelled my order

Anyone reading this, the "friends" who she is referring to is Brad Jollie, who has used terrible homophobic slurs towards our staff. Your order was cancelled because you used his address and he is banned from our store. The only person who has ever been banned. We reached out and explained the situation and YOU asked us to cancel. Anyone curious you can see the 5 negative review Brad has left us in order to strong arm us into letting him order, but we do not tolerate abusive and homophobic slurs towards us and refuse to serve him.
