Dennis Amos has the company Bespoke Tarps as well, the guy is a crook and just takes your payment with no intention of doing the work- Just found out yesterday as we are going down the legal route against him. He has 5 county court judgements against him already and more pending

I don’t even think they are still trading under this name but just in case they are, then please AVOID…. Ordered and paid in June 2024, never received the goods that cost a lot of money. The irony is that their products were really good, a friend had some outside furniture covers from them, so I trusted them. Big mistake. Dennis Amos and your side kick Donna Amos are basically just thieves with lots of tales of woe aka lies.

I ordered a bespoke trailer cover for an Ifor Williams trailer, order agreed and payment made in September last year. Unfortunately after an initial response email from Dennis I have been unable to get any contact from them. I have now asked for a refund and but still had no communication so I have no alternative but to explore recovering the money by whatever means possible.

Extremely Disappointed! Cant speak to anyone on the phone and unresponsive to emails. Waited since July 2024 for outstanding outdoor covers for pool tables and given every excuse under the sun. Starting court proceeding to claim back money. Its sad as really Dennis seems a genuine enough guy to deal with but really they are not interested as no reply to request for a refund which says it all really!

Was recommended this company and was impressed by the swift replies and genuine help with design choices. Foolishly paid up front and have been left waiting since December 2024 for my product. Dennis Amos contacted me to offer his apologies and assured me that my transparent pergola covers would be dispatched asap. 3 months later still no joy. I'm running out of patience and will start legal proceedings if there is no positive resolution within 14 days as this seems to be a regular review with this company.

Absolutely disgraceful. They should be ashamed , but...they won't be.
Happy to take your money but don't deliver . Web site looks inviting and lots of options . Please do not engage with them. They won't engage with you !!

Kustom Covers or Bespoke Design NE LTD are more than happy to provide speedy quotes and accept payment for orders. Enquiries about existing orders and when they might be received however are ignored.

Product delivered. Excellent quality but the lack of communication to existing customers means I won't be able to recommend or use again.

Most people would be more than happy to wait if they felt like they knew what was going on and that their money had not been stolen. Company resources should be diverted to keeping existing customers informed not taking money for new orders.

Liars and thieves. Avoid at all costs, this company is has cost me my hard earned money. Please don’t order from them. I ordered my items July 2024, still waiting, no end of woe stories at the beginning for reasons why I had not received my goods. Fake promises and lies.

Ordered sand pit cover over 6 weeks ago with a 3-4 week lead time. No response when trying to contact by any means, email/phone.

Ordered two transit covers and paid by credit card. After several promises the covers failed to turn up. Notified my credit card company who eventually refunded the money and made a claim against Kustom Covers even though they have no proof of delivery are refusing to give a refund. Bunch of charlatans. Do not touch them with a barge pole.

UPDATE - MARCH 2025
After a bit of digging, I have discovered that Bespoke Design NE, Kustom Kovers and Bespoke Tarps are the same business owned and run by Dennis.

Yet again, stupid me ordered another cover after giving this business the benefit of the doubt after listening to several tales of woe from Dennis. (Never known anyone to have as much bad luck as this guy) Dennis really must have written the book on excuses as just when you think you've heard them all, another 24ct cracker comes out. Everything from stickers falling off parcels to delivery/collections not taking place as the driver is lost. The best one i've heard was the warehouse was too cold to wrap the pvc as it would crack to then after a few minutes slip up and say he had gas heating in the warehouse. Not to mention a fairly recent one, his wife (im presuming Donna) had walked out as she was so stressed and couldn't cope. Maybe, just maybe, it's a sign that she too is fed up of all the incompetence, lies and Bulls%*t and has had enough or quite possibly, it was another excuse from fairy land!
The latest one was, I've broke my phone and i've been waiting for a new one. Could well be true but any other mobile phone or landline would work or better still, reply to my countless emails that you must be reading but ignoring.

Appropriately, they are based in Crook which, I feel is an apt name for the business.

17 times I have phoned over the last couple of weeks with NO REPLY to any calls. 2 texts, Nothing! Several emails which (in fairness) I have received some emails back from Donna but these have been very vague with no real details on where my goods are.

Promises that Dennis would phone me with another exciting update on my imaginary order that I don't even think exists and my patience has completely ran out now.

A little embarrassed now to be honest after reading this back, I also accept I look daft for falling for it again and again but on the plus side, I have now sourced a new company who I have actually visited and I'm looking forward to a new working relationship with. This business works on values and truth rather than fairytales and lots of disappointment from Bespoke Designs NE.

Final Note - The product when it arrives is great, no questioning that but it could arrive in a month, 6 months or never!
To avoid unnecessary hassle, stress and having your time wasted, please just stay clear. If you want a bespoke cover, trailer cover or anything made from PVC,plastic or a tarp, there are lots of companies out there who offer this service, you just have to look for them. Also, I can't stress enough, please check review pages such as Google and Trustpilot as this is a good indication of what you can expect. When you see other reviews on Bespoke Design, your eyes will be truly opened as I am not the only one believe me.
Unfortunately, with Bespoke Designs NE, you've got a better chance of winning the lottery twice in a week than having your order fulfilled as promised.
PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE MADE CONTACT PRIOR TO PAYING AND GET A WRITTEN LEAD TIME/ORDER LENGTH SO YOU HAVE A LEG TO STAND ON.

I have been waiting for an order since November. I have been assured multiple times my order is "almost ready to be shipped ". I started a PayPal dispute, and on the last day of the case, they sent a message apologising and assuring me my order would be shipped that day. I trusted them and let the dispute end as they told me my order had been manufactured. Two weeks later I've had no communication since and now can't open a further case as it's been shut. Do not use this company if you want your order in any reasonable time, if you have paid via PayPal then start a dispute and do not let them talk you into closing it until you have the goods. I know companies have issues at times but outright deceitful behaviour is not on! My next step is to take legal action.

Ordered a trailer cover in December 2024. All very slick to start. Expected delivery in January but after chasing a couple of time all has gone quiet, no responses to latest emails and no sign of the goods over 2 months later. There seem to have been other similar issues so beginning to wonder if this is a scam?

I was recommended this company by a friend who was perfectly happy with his purchase. I received prompt replies and help with pictures and advice on what would be best for my requirements. I paid in November, over £570.00 and received a receipt. The lead time was 4/6 weeks and as it was around Christmas I gave them a bit of latitude time wise. 3 months later I haven’t received my goods, the phone number is no longer available and my e mails aren’t being answered. Feel let down as I’ve personally recommended this company to friends as the products look fantastic. Placed multiple orders in good faith Nov / Dec, all e mails answered quickly and money taken without hesitation. Now when it comes to updates on orders zero response. Therefore seems to be not legitimate company anymore even though purchased off them previously. In talks with legal people and in process of issuing court proceedings to claim money back.

The turnaround on the orders is a little slow but the quality of workmanship is well worth waiting for, speaking from personal experience.

Avoid, avoid, avoid like the plague. Ordered a bench cover on the 7th May 2024 and as of the 22nd November still no bench cover. Various emails have gone back and forth where the most recent one from Donna on the 8th November states your cover will be with you early next week and if there are any further delays I will personally refund you! We are still waiting no cover and no refund and no email explaining this!!! I am fed up with the empty promises from this company who are willing to take your money and not produce any goods for that money!!!
Whatever it takes though I am getting my money back.

My wife and I are.pensioners and I know some on here have lost thousands but £104 to us is a lot of money.

The bench I want the cover for belonged to my mum and dad and I have kept it ever since they passed! The cover I had shredded so I thought I would get one that would withstand the weather better. The bench is now uncovered and open to the weather elements and I cannot afford to replace the cover elsewhere so the bench is becoming weather damaged and this upsets me greatly. Despite telling Donna this we still don't have a cover.....seems they don't care and why should they as after all they have my money!!!!
Very cross, very disappointed, very upset that anyone could treat others like this!!!!

We have now received the cover today, 27th November. This has arrived 7 months after the initial order on the 7th May 2024 and after having to send many emails to the company. The cover is very good quality and well made but so not worth the hassle of trying to actually get the cover sent to us.

I placed the order back in July, I’ve chased repeatedly to be told a number of times that my order will be ready to send “next week” for it to not materialise. I’ve had no response to my most recent update request having missed the promised dispatch date 13 weeks after the point of order.

I’ve been given lengthy excuses about personal issues, which I fully understand with small family run companies, but having read other reviews other customers have had the same experience. I’ve requested a refund, to essentially have been denied. Thankfully I paid through PayPal so I have created a dispute and will hopefully be refunded through their escalation.

Avoid this company or its other trading name - Bespoke Design NE - to avoid disappointment.

Ordered in June. Asked for payment upfront. Item wasn't delivered. Emailed asking what was going on. Was told they were having personal problems but the item would be sent. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited. Emailed a few times asking for updates and was told the job was still very much on their list.

It is now November and we still don't have the item. I was told months ago that it was ready to be shipped. Still didn't arrive so I asked for a refund. Have now been told that it hasn't been made yet.

Confirmed that I wanted a refund and now have had no response. No money has been refunded, no item has arrived and now my emails are being ignored.

DO NOT USE.

Ordered an Ifor Williams P7e trailer cover. Paid by BACS in advance to get the 5% discount. Gave a specific delivery date. Was kept informed of the order progress and the cover was dispatched by Royal Mail 24 hour next day delivery. Sadly Royal Mail failed to deliver and were one day late but this was not due to the manufacturer.
The cover is an excellent fit and the pricing competitive. I would happily use Bespoke Designs NE Ltd again.
