Item sent was correct size, however the jeans were 6 inches too long. No mention of tailoring expectations in online site. No complete refund offered unless you "exchange or risk buying something else!"

This company is terrible!! I ordered a pair of jeans and had to return them twice for sizing down. Bizarre. They deducted a bunch of money the first time and then only wanted to refund me shipping the second time because they said the pants were worn - which is complete nonsense!!!
Kut From the Kloth - Worst Customer Service 2024 Award
Purchased usually size and style jeans (I have been buying) - fit was way off, material different, craftsmanship is far inferior, and most likely to fall apart after a handful of washings. When returning, they deducted a bunch of money, but offered me to apply my full payment towards another pair. Sorry, but I am not up for gambling on another pair and believe I should be refunded my entire money. After inquiring, I was told we’ll “pass it along” when asking for my money back and feeling ripped off. I won’t be buying another item and will make sure everyone knows to avoid this predatory company.

I LUV LUV this company and their jeans! Always size down but they are awesome once you find your size! All of the styles are fabulous. I have bought them from Dillards and directly from Kut website. If you have a return they are so accommodating and fair!
I've always bought Kut the Koth pants…
I've always bought Kut the Koth pants because of the quality. The ones I got today were a cheap knockoff maybe from China. No triangle reinforcement at the stress points (cheap round ones), no embroidery on the pocket or inside on the waistband, and no 3 button loops on the back. Cheap workmanship seams fraying and poor stitching. Get them from EBAY at least you will get the real thing.
Poor Customer Service and Antiquated Website Processing!
Purchased two pairs of jeans on sale both size 6. Both too large??? Went to process a return. Their site states they will reduce my credit if I directly return but increase it if I reorder now. Great. Ordered 2 more jeans in size 4 in different styles. Didn't give me the sale price, didn't give me the incentive for the reorder and didn't give me the return label. I kept waiting for the price adjustment and never happened. Went back to website to print the return label and it made me reprocess the return and charged me a processing fee of $8.95.
I called KUT and spoke to a Supervisor, Maria. They credited back the $8.95 but didn't adjust the price that they even have listed today as the sale price, nor did they credit me the incentive for reordering immediately. Ultimately I paid nearly double for the 2nd two pair of jeans. Their system doesn't work. Extra hoops to get messed over again. Maria stated on numerous occasions that she couldn't resolve this. I work too hard to waste my time with a dishonest company with poor systems and even worse customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT ARGUMENTS AND HEADACHES.
Buyer beware
Buyer beware. They change their return policy to use against you and they ship with fedex smartpost - it could take your item longer to get to you then you have to return it. Then they won’t let you send it back for a refund. This coming is messed up. I’m out over $300 because of their shady practices. Never again. They lost a customer.

Out of no where I started receiving marketing emails from this company. I've lost track of how many times I have hit unsubscribe on each one, to no avail. Obviously I would never order a product from a company that is so rude.
You’ve permanently lost a longtime customer
After 15 years of buying jeans and trousers from Kut, I will NEVER buy from them again. I bought two pairs of trousers that both had seams unravel on their first wearing. I reached out to customer service and was asked to provide photos of the problems. I responded within six hours of them sending the email and after three weeks and multiple requests to fix the problem, they have not bothered to respond. And I still have two pairs of trousers that I cannot wear because the crotch and pocket seams are coming apart. You just lost a loyal, long time customer, Kut. Do better.
Unfair return policy not shared up front
I was introduced to this brand via a boutique at which I shop. First experience was fine, as I bought them through the boutique.
The jeans are descent, not mind blowing.
Vanity sizing-typically order two sizes down.
For Christmas, I bought a few pairs of jeans and a pair of jean shorts form the KUT website directly online on Black Friday, when I do most of my online holiday shopping.
I have never experienced any retail requiring something be returned before xmas, ever.
Nowhere did I see this policy mentioned in my purchase process.
When the order came, I gave them directly to my mom to give to me for xmas. I did not try them on until I opened the package on Christmas Day.
Two items worked, one did not.
When I went to return the single item, the KUT site said they has to be returned by 12/23. That's hilarious-Never seen that in retail before.
So, I sent an email to the address they direct you to for questions/help.
I have sent three emails not with NO RESPONSE.
I will not only never buy from this company again (vote with your wallet), but will share this negative experience with this boutique and encourage them to seek better vendors. Bye, KUT.

Kut From The Kloth has non existent customer service. My order was short one item. I have called their customer service line every day for two weeks - no answer. EVER! Email - no response! They have no interest in taking care of my order. The business is fraudulent and intentional at dismissing their customers. NEVER but from them. At least not direct. Their clothing is poor fit and quality anyway.

Horrible experience with this company. Originally order was supposed to be delivered on 4/29/2020 but ups lost it. Redelivery was supposed to be on 5/23/2020 and ups didn’t deliver, AGAIN. Contacted both kut company and ups. It is now 6/10/2020–no resolution but they took my money, so I have lost over $100... still trying to email for a resolution but I keep getting the runaround from Kut. This is a Hugh end company. There should be mechanisms to resolve orders not received. It’s ridiculous. Will update with ANY RESOLUTION but not all that hopeful.
