I received wrong sized ring and the…

I received wrong sized ring and the customer service around the situation worked poorly. They didn't have the right size left so I ended up with no ring at all and no compensation.

Also closing mechanism in earrings I ordered a year ago was so loose that I couldn't use them before I had them fixed elsewhere.

Other time I got a silver necklace from my friend as a gift. It was ordered from Kuurth. It turned out not to be silver. My friend had to send multiple emails to assure the customer service that it was not silver but stainless steel? And even then there was no compensation from the big inconvinience.

I truly admire the designs of Kuurth but feel like I will never order anything from there again because of the difficulties I have experienced and wouldn't recommend it to anybody either.

We have no record of you receiving the wrong ring size. According to our records, you received the correct product, and at no point were we informed that the size received was incorrect.

Regarding your earrings, we regret that they weren't closing properly. Had you contacted our customer service team and reported the issue, they would have been happy to review the problem and offer solutions and alternatives.

As for your friend's necklace, I would like to remind you that not all necklaces on our website are made entirely of sterling silver, so it's important to check the material of the product you are purchasing.

Our website clearly and transparently states that we offer products made of both sterling silver and stainless steel.

high quality unique jewelery

high quality unique jewelery, just be very careful when ordering a ring size! ive had a necklace, bracelet that had red crystals in them for a while, one was a cross with flowers and a red gem in the cross. very nice piece, reminds me of Bloodborne. ive gotten many compliments for it.

furthermore, I got a sakura ring with some lilac colour inside. beautiful ring, but a little on the large end.

Beautiful Product, Worth the Wait

The quality of the product goes without saying, this is not my first time buying with Kuurth and I am as impressed this time around as before. These are beautiful, quality, art inspired products that I cannot wait to show off. That being said the wait time for the products to arrive here in Australia was astounding. I purchased in early February and they only arrived in early May. Obviously due to current events (War in Iran) these things are out of Kuurths control but it is something to keep in mind when purchasing for a birthday or event.

The ring looked so different in reality…

The ring looked so different in reality compared to the website. I took the one with sunflowers. You literally can't tell it's sunflowers because of how flat it is. The band isn't straight. And the silver is fake, it turned brown after a few uses. Definitely not worth the price. Very cheap quality

I would absolutely recommend, 10/10 !

I got gifted one of their rings and I absolutely love it ! Comfortable to wear in everyday life and looking absolutely amazing. I recently placed an order for another ring and accidentally chose the wrong size. The customer service immediately replied and changed the size on my order.

I bought a necklace from Kuurth on the…

I bought a necklace from Kuurth on the 29th April 2026, and it has been sitting in customs since the 6th of May. It's now 15 May 2026, way over the 7 business days for delivery to the UK. Judith and Lucas have been giving me the run-around in terms of when I will get my order and when they will pay the tax at customs or provide the correct documents to release my order. Spring GDS is literally waiting for them to comply, but they are taking their sweet time getting high. Judith and Lucas have now started ignoring my emails totally and are holding me and my order hostage. Zero updates and follow-ups, zero professionalism. Buy from them at your own risk unless you like being held hostage with your order. Take your money elsewhere; they don't deserve it. They should stick to being junkies instead of running a business; it's not for them, judging by the complaints on Trustpilot about their work ethic. Don't believe the 5-star reviews; it's Judith and Lucas desperately trying to compensate for the genuine bad reviews.

We are deeply disappointed to read this review, as it contains multiple inaccurate and defamatory statements that do not reflect the reality of this case.

First of all, your order was shipped within the established preparation timeframe and has not been “ignored” or “abandoned” at any point. The shipment is currently being held by UK customs authorities, a process that is entirely external to KUURTH and unfortunately outside our direct control once the parcel enters the destination country’s customs network.

From the very beginning, our customer support team (including Judith and Lucas) has remained in active contact with both the carrier and customs intermediaries in order to understand the exact status of the shipment and provide the required documentation when requested. At no point have your emails been “ignored,” nor has anyone intentionally delayed the process.

It is also completely false that we are “refusing” to pay customs charges or “holding your order hostage.” Customs clearance procedures depend on the authorities and the transport operator involved, and additional verification or processing times can occasionally occur with international shipments to the UK.

Furthermore, the personal insults and accusations directed toward our staff are entirely unacceptable. Our team has handled your case professionally and respectfully throughout the entire process despite the delays and frustration caused by circumstances outside of our control.

We fully understand how disappointing delivery delays can be, especially when caused by customs procedures, but we must make it clear that the situation described in your review does not accurately represent the work and assistance that has been provided to you.

As already communicated privately, your case has been resolved by resending your order, as we promised we would do once we receive the final resolution.
