Purchased chain and letter charm and absolutely love, love, love the quality and beauty. Just one problem - had the added expense of paying a jeweller to cut the loop of the chain to thread the charm on and then to resolder the loop. Would have thought it to be a perfect fit. In the end, it is absolute perfection.

They are so very professional and deliver what they state.

I loved the entire experience but I was a tiny bit disappointed in the look of the ring. The photos are a bit misleading as they look more "rustic" or "rugged" I wanted that ancient look and what I got was far more smooth and polished.

It's still a beautiful ring but I was a little bit bummed out. HOWEVER the rest of the purchase and delivery and package experience was 10/10 product was 7/10 due to reason I stated.

They worked with me to recreate a pendant my dad wore every day. They communicated clearly and succeeded in making precisely what I wanted. I love it.

Yes, they are trustwordy. All stages of transactions were trustwordy. We bought a few items over last months, exchanged one item for another item and had one made larger. Everything was as stated in their policy and done with care and pleasantly.

It was my first time going through kuvera. It was amazing experience. They where very helpful with my order,and getting it to me safely. Most definitely recommend going through kuvera. I will be ordering through them again .

I was a bit worried about sending out so much 💰 to have a piece of jewelry made. Although afrter reading reviews and talking to Suraj my mind was set to ease and I was happy to receive my necklace in less time than Suraj initially stated it would take to be delivered.
I wanted a less involved clasp, and Kuvera was able to adjust the clasp to match my drawing.
It was also helpful that I was able to send out my own, (already purchased) gold to have the work done with.
The actual necklace is well built, although the links are not as smooth or polished looking as in the websites pictures.
Other than that, my experience with Kuvera was excellent ! I'm planning on my next piece already.
