Bought this juicer, very good juicer but the customer support and after support is very bad and under all critic. Haven't got answer in 6 months even though I keep reminding them.
To get a spare part is impossible. I'm very disappointed.

I would give them zero star if I could. I placed an order on November 30th and they kept giving me a run around on my lost package. I have called multiple times and emailed. And their response on the phone is my missing specialist will contact you. And the email from the specialist says I will have an update within 5 to 7 business days. I just want my $500 back.
For the amount of money this juicer costs it should function better. I tried to use Pineapple, it gets loads of trash left in the shoot and then it clogs the opening for trash. So now everything is backing up I'm the shoot. I'm now resorting to having to opening the shoot mid way during juicing to clear it. The hole for the trash needs to be much bigger so there is no blockage.
even though Italy has no more direct maintenance support they were quite responsive from Germany

Had a very questionable experience with the purchase of a juicer from Kuvings. I asked for help with a potentially defective juicer and despite a promise of a response, I received no reply. I eventually left a negative review on their website in the hopes of getting a response.
They immediately deleted the review. Proceed with extreme caution. Questionable company with dubious morals and practices. Do not trust the reviews on the website, these are clearly carefully curated to remove anything negative.
