But the downside is giving a 7-days insurance guarantee, as compared to 14-days which was initially stated.

Delivery - no proper confirmation.
- Good care, but car was no well cleaned, staff shall explain the car features, insurance details etc in detail
Ownership change : It's a mess, there is no proper support, no updates after sales.
Insurance - No clarity about the validity and type of insurance.

Fishy bidding, scratches, and missing items
The Price of the car went up as someone was putting an auto bid, then once he won the bid he sad he did not put it, it was a mistake. Then they came back to me to get it, as I was the second-highest bidder. This was unfair play and fishy. Additionally, i received the car with some new scratches, stone chips, missing spare tire tools, and a missing trunk cover. These were not highlighted during the sale on the website. I also found that the tire depth is not the same as described on the website, after being checked. That is why I am not happy. I complained and nobody cares "so far", and of course I will take it further to the relevant authorities, if this issue is not sorted out.

Additional equipment and a spare wheel are not always included with a used car, so this can vary. I regret that you did not feel your claim was taken seriously.
