Ordered Flowers for my wife for women's day delivery at 12:00pm. Its 5pm and still waiting. What a shitshow of a company and their service offering. Absolute rubbish in terms of what they say their usp is. I would have been smarter to go and get this from the shop myself than waiting whole day for the delivery to take place. Forget this company. Its a waste of nerves and emotions on somebody's important day.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM
They charge extremely high prices, 5times more than normal florists in Poland. I paid €45 for 5 roses that were dead when they arrived. Trust me, do not buy here. Horrible customer service that didn’t do anything. Extremely overpriced, unacceptable quality and terrible service. SCAM

I dont recommend this company, they lied to me and didnt refund my order. After I ordered, they took my money and refused to give it back one they cancelled the order. They claimed that the order was ready but cancelled it a few minutes after I paid and refused to refund me. This is unacceptable, such an obvious scam. Please do not support this company.

What you pay for is not what you get. The things they deliver look cheep and ugly. The pictures are lying. DO NOT BUY THROUGH THEM!

This experience has been very frustrating, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution. I expected a much higher standard of service, especially for a special occasion 18 birthday!!!
Initially, the first delivery attempt was unsuccessful due to my mistake, and I accepted the redelivery charge, changing the delivery address to my mother’s home, where someone is always present. However, my mother reported that no one contacted her about the delivery. Instead, your customer service called me to inform me that the courier was on his way back, which I found quite confusing. I specifically mentioned that the courier had not called my mother, and she would not have known if he was outside.
After that conversation, I was assured that the matter would be investigated, yet I received no follow-up that day. The following day, I received an email stating that the flowers were ready for pick-up or that I could pay for redelivery. When I requested a refund, the response I received was that the recipient was not there, and again I was offered the option to pick up the flowers or pay for redelivery.

The flowers delivered were of extremely poor quality! Looking at various other feedback, I should have never used this company, looks like my experience is not the only one.

I had a good experience personally. I sent flowers to my dear friend in Poland and they delivered it even 15 min early. The bouquet was very similar to one in a picture, very beautiful and good quality. I assume the experience can vary based on local florists but mine was good.

Awful experience. They tried to cancel the order 1 hour before the agreed delivery time, as they didn't have flowers in the colours chosen by me - white/cream... I placed an order more than a week in advance. The flowers were not as described, and the customer service was terrible. After almost 1 month, they returned 15% of the price... (They also offered to return those week-old flowers at that time. Could you imagine asking your Mum to pack and send back the bouquet...)
I would not recommend this company and would not use it again! AVOID!

Terrible service . They told me adress was incorrect, but it was correct .They didn't call the recipient to confirm they were available for delivery . They told me to pay again to re deliver , so I paid again . I told them to call the recipient before delivery and they didn't. Bad service . Took my money and flowers were undelivered .

very bad service, delivery was a day late, a completely different bouquet of cheap roses and carnations arrived. I ordered a medium bouquet (from 9 flowers), a bouquet of 7 arrived. nothing in common with the bouquet from the photo on the website. The worst flower delivery I've seen.

I paid 60eur for beautiful flowers for condolences and it arrived a terrible, ugly and out of taste mix of flowers complete different of what I ordered!

When you order one thing and they send something completely different. Absolutely shocking
