Charged for parking when it's included in cost
Waited ages for car to arrive. When finally arrived they made me pay for car park exit fee even though it specifically says on my voucher all carpark levy fee are included in cost. Absolute joke of a company and when I rang up they kept hanging up on my amd wpimd talk

I cannot fault my experience of the Meet & Greet service at LHR Terminal 3 provided by this company. The representative (the business owner, actually) met me on time in the designated area within the T3 Short-Stay car park. Upon returning to the UK and as advised in the T&Cs, a short phone call while leaving the aircraft and another after baggage reclaim resulted in the car being returned to the same point in the car park within a few minutes. The representative then validated the car park entry ticket (included in the company's price) which allowed me to leave with no hassle. It all worked well and represented good value.

I’d not used this type of service before so was a bit nervous but everything was very professional and so close to departures. On return I called as requested in the booking information sent before we left and our car was delivered 5 mins after we got to the car park. Kwik park called me 2 hours before my arrival. They made me comfortable explaining where to drop car and to call them 30 mins before arrival to terminal 3 LHR. I called them as instructed as I got to Level 4 row A at he short stay car park Nadeem the driver was there already fully uniformed and ready to check my car in. Nadeem explained to call once we had received our luggage on return as they track the flights coming into LHR. I followed his advice on return and as I came back to the collection point the driver was already there with my vehicle. Overall an excellent experience with fantastic communication skills and also made me feel relaxed leaving my car with complete strangers. Highly recommended - carry on the great work.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Called 30 minutes prior to arrival as requested to get a call after 25 minutes asking for my reg again. This was then followed by we are setting off now, we will be 35 minutes. I was only flying to Europe so only had 2 hours prior to them delaying me to get my flight. If this wasn't bad enough, on my return they had the date wrong again so said they didn't have the keys. 90 minutes later I managed to get my car back. Disgusting service without any acknowledgement of their wrong doing or and apology.

Very polite, efficient and easy to deal with. I messed up my return flight and they added an extra day easily for me. Charged £35 which I felt was fair. Good communication.

Everything went perfectly smooth for the first time using them. Flight out was so early in the morning and there was no hassle. Imran was so helpful in helping to make the booking. Will definitely use them again!
Forced to pay for parking on arrival.
Was forced to pay for car parking on arrival as due to their late arrival parking had gone over the allowed time - I am still waiting for this to be refunded after 8 weeks.
Clip was broken on my parcel shelf - this was fine when I left the car but they state they would not have opened the boot.
22 miles was added to the mileage on my vehicle when questioned they stated that this is because they move vehicles to different car parks.
Their drivers use unmarked vehicles - my feeling is that they use customer’s vehicles to transport their drivers to pick up cars at Heathrow.

Car was not here upon our return. Customer service is very bad. We ask where our car was they said wait 30 minutes and told us that the whereabouts of our car was none of our business. 30 minutes passed and nothing, we called them many times and they said wait 20 minutes each time. Two hours later the car turned up. No explanation, no idea where the car was while we was away on holiday. We was led to believe when booking that the car would remain in the car park at Heathrow airport. We do not recommend this company.

Your services are therefore unclear when we booked it was not clear that the car would be moved around off site and far from the airport.
Meet and Greet means you meet and greet at the airport after we return from our trip.
What part of meet and greet does it say to wait 2 hours for the car to be returned to us and to be spoken to rudely and aggressively?
We called you when we landed and we called you after customs, we in fact called you around 20 times to find out where you was and each time you gave different excuses and were very rude on the call to us.
I do not think it is a misunderstanding on my part.
In your reply to my review you conveniently miss out answering the other points such as:
1. Poor and rude customer service
2. Your customer service team advising us the whereabouts of our car was none of our business.
3. Two hours waiting time
4. No apology or compensation offered.

I used Kwikpark service on 4/11/2023 for one week. I have been tracking my car during my holiday. My car has been moved around to different places during my absent. Someone was using my car during my holiday according to car app.On arrival I mentioned to the Kwikpark staff but he denied. My booking reference number IP83519.

Awful management. Long delays. Opposite of meet and greet service. Avoid using this company. Rude operators.
Never again using this parking
I put the right flight number but I always put few hours extra time for the connection of the car due to flight delays etc. I called them soon flight ✈️ landed 🛬 10.20am call my car 12:30. Them made me wait over 1hour a parking lot. Was £10 cheaper than others companies but was it worth it. Never again

Terrible customer service. Got shouted out down the phone by the telephone representative. Called at landing and when baggage arrived. Still waited 20 minutes at meet and greet despite this.

Lost (stolen?) my Blue Badge
6 October brought a vehicle to T5 at 07:00 just to find out none is there - looks like I had to call in advance. Have a copy of their first, main page with says nothing about calling.
7 October returned to collect my vehicle late at night and only next found out there is no Blue Badge in the car! So after thoroughly going through the car, I called the mobile number they have to enquire if perhaps they dropped it off. At first a person on the phone denied any wrong-doing, then advised he will check and call be back. Never did. In addition to the fact the passenger's sit was moved I cannot think, but of wrong-doing.

If I could give zero stars I would!! Told them flight details and followed the instructions to pick up the car. Called the contact number over 70 times in a two hour period no response. E mailed and text them. Then I get a call to say was I waiting for my car?? An agency driver arrives and to be fair he apologised and told me the lady who mans the phone is off today but the owner was “meant to be taking calls” but was no where to be found. The driver advised me to never use them as they are rubbish, don’t look after the cars well and never answer the phones. He said you are better using the Heathrow service even though it’s more expensive or pay and stay at a hotel. All the cheaper meet and great services are rip offs and cowboys.
I can say this company certainly is and had the owner been there god help him because I was in a very bad mood and he would have paid I can tell you!!
Please do not give these guys any bookings they deserve to be closed down!!
