On arrival had to wait 30 minutes and almost missed flight. Unlike other operators they do not have anyone at the airport, do not wear uniforms, and from the Sat Nav in car, it appears car was parked on a street, not in a secure car park.
On returnd we waited an hour, and made 7 pho calls. The stock response was driver was on way and we had to understand how meet and greet worked!! They were abusive and threatening. The absolute slob who finally delivered the car, just walked off, no paperwork, no handover, no explanation to pay car park fee.
This was booked through Looking 4 Parking and our experience has always been good, but the fact that they paltform this bunch of cowboys means I will be very wary in the future

Do not book, unauthorised parking and generated a parking fine!!!
If I could give zero stars, I would !! Lots of waiting around when dropping off and picking up (despite them stating no waiting around). Left the car with them from 13/05/25 - 16/05/25 and days after returning home, received a parking fine for my car which had been unauthorised to park and was left at the Holiday Inn Heathrow M4 J4 whilst I was on holiday. I am now in a world of pain with a terrible company 'Parkmaven' to try and get the fine cancelled.
Poor Service and No Refund After Cancellation
I booked a Meet & Greet service at Heathrow with Kwikpark (Booking Ref: KWIK-32584) and cancelled it well in advance, fully complying with their refund policy.
Despite emailing them multiple times over the past three weeks and calling repeatedly, I still haven’t received a refund. Every time I called, I was told they couldn’t help and that I had to email — but no one ever responds to emails. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
At this point, I’ve had to start a chargeback process through my bank just to try and get my money back. It’s not about the amount — it’s the principle. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
Do not use
I booked via airportparkwithus and it was redirected to kwikpark. I left my car to them from May 16th to May 22nd. the communication was good and smooth drop off. When I return, my car's trunk was opened towards to the inside to car and the cables and a blanket was on the back seat. I asked what happened to the car but the person who brought the car back had no idea. He was kind and sorry. He advised that the responsible person will call me to check. It seems there is nothing missed from the car apart from a cleaning cloth from the from seat pocket but it was a kind of mess and I want to know what happened. Efficient service let down by the state of my car
To give a fair review the service was punctual and friendly. Unfortunately on getting my car back it is covered in tree sap and bird droppings. There was also a piece of broken green glass on the rear bumper. As I said the service was efficient but will now either have to spend sometime cleaning it or pay to get cleaned.

DO NOT USE - crashed our car and refused to pay
ABSOLUTE COWBOYS - DO NOT USE AT ALL, regardless of how cheap it may seem. We booked parking at Heathrow in April through airportparkwithus.co.uk, which assigned the job to Kwikpark. When returning the car to Heathrow, the driver was involved in an accident, crashing into the back of another car. Firstly, we were lied to by a manager, who rang and told us that the car in front 'mistakenly reversed at traffic lights' into our car. Then when we met the driver he told us the truth, that he hit the car in front. The worst part is they refuse to share their insurance details for us to claim the costs back for the damage and now won't reply to any calls or emails. We are now seeking legal help to settle this. Needless to say it's a massive hassle and stress.
Kwikpark at Heathrow terminal 4
We used Kwikpark at Heathrow terminal 4, I followed the instructions and called when 30 minutes away. We arrived before the driver, he called to say he was delayed and arrived 15 minutes after us. When we arrived back I followed the instructions and called when we landed and then again when we collected our luggage. The driver advised he would be 25 minutes. We paid the short stay parking ticket on arrival and departure as stated in the terms and conditions. Kwikpark was a third of the price of the on site car park and apart from waiting a few minutes was an excellent service. Definitely recommend and will use again.
Terrible terrible service
Terrible terrible service ! Don’t bother with this company. They lie and said we didn’t call when we did and it took over 50 minutes to get my car back despite calling as soon as we landed and when we got our bags. They people on the phone are rude and you are better off spending your money with another company. Terrible service and will never use them again!
I've recently used Kwik Park for… parking!
I've recently used Kwik Park for parking at London Heathrow after I had mistakenly booked parking for Gatwick, luckilly I had found Kwik Park at an incredible price that morning of flying and had booked them and only read the previous reviews whilst sitting at the airport.
When dropping off the car at 0800, I didn't verify who I was giving keys too, as I was in a daze from the early morning, the representative wasn't wearing any clothing to distinguish themselves for Kwik Park nor an identification badge - although they were very polite and friendly.
On arrival, I followed their process and had to wait around 15minutes at the drop off point. My car was returned in the same condition I had left it inside and out (bar a bit of dirt, but thats what happens when it's left for two weeks!)
Would I use them again? Yes! Although its not a service compared to others, it was still extremely good for their price point. (I paid app. £125 for 2 weeks that morning, other prices were £500+).
Excellent Service
I have used this company several times in recent months and cannot rate them any higher. The service has been very good and the staff punctual and friendly. The cost is always very competitive. They are now my first choice for airport parking at Heathrow and I would have no qualms recommending them to anyone.
You don’t need that hassle when going away
Honestly don’t do it to yourself! Avoid them, you don’t need the stress when going away on holiday and then coming back and just wanting to go home. We called the line 30 mins before arriving as instructed, arrived at Heathrow and no one was there (they also don’t have a desk). Had to chase them and waited 25 mins for them to arrive! Luckily we was early for our flight or we would have been really stressing. Then more issues when returning, phoned them when coming through passport control (again as advised) told them we had no luggage to collect. We didn’t rush as we had a feeling we would be waiting a long time and of course we were correct! After a good half an hour they phoned to say they would be 12-15 mins and where to go. My friend was so cross and phoned them back and spoke to the unhelpful Ali who lied and said he’d told us on the phone they would be 45 minutes! I mean I don’t get the point in giving flight details or phoning half if they leaving straight away! We went APH last time and they were amazing, we throughly regret paying for a cheaper option! But as they say, you pay for what you get! Also with APH you don’t have to pay the £7.50 ticket in and then out which is again another hassle.

I strongly advise against using this company. My car was returned in a horrendous state. The doors were extremely sticky, making them difficult to open. When I reached out to express my concerns, I was told to send an email if I had a problem and to go F&@k myself.

Nice and easy! Great communication! I was always really skeptical on these type of things but they put me at ease and gave me lots of reassurance! Would highly recommend!!! Will certainly use again!
