Wouldn’t recommend

Waited ten minutes for them on departure despite calling 30 mins before as per their instructions. Left Tesla opened three times during the trip as we kept getting an alert our app. Called when landed and told them I have no luggage. Told to call once security and have now been told need to wait 20 mins for car. Car arrived 40 mins later. And 60 mins since I first called them. This is the worst meet and greet. Also please note you have to park for car parking ticket £7.50 *2

2 hour wait for our car in the freezing…

2 hour wait for our car in the freezing cold in which they kept telling us “another 10 minutes”. It ended up their excuse was our car keys were left in the wrong safe somewhere else. No apology, poor communication and very poor competence. I’d stay far away from this company.

AVOID THIS COWBOY OPERATION

Firstly, the driver arrived 30 minutes late despite my having called 30 minutes before arriving at the designated meet and greet point. This delay was highly frustrating, especially as no effort was made by your company to inform me of the driver’s late arrival. I had to make multiple calls to get an update, and at one point, your team stopped answering my calls. I was forced to use my wife’s phone to get through.

When the driver finally arrived, I asked if he knew how to start my car, and he assured me that he did. I then rushed to the terminal, only to find a long queue for baggage tags and check-in. After spending approximately an hour getting through security and dropping off my baggage, I checked my phone to find missed calls and messages from the driver stating that my car would not start. He mentioned that it would cost £90 per day to leave it where it was, which was not a feasible option given that I drive it frequently.

I was convinced that the driver did not know how to start the car and damaged the lock in the process. This incident caused significant distress and ruined my holiday. I had to join RAC, incurring a cost of £180, and make arrangements for them to fix the car. They confirmed that the lock was indeed broken, as I suspected. Despite this, KwikPark refused to take any responsibility, and I had no choice but to bear all the costs, including £90 per day parking until the situation was resolved.

In total, I paid nearly £300 to KwikPark, plus £80 for the meet & greet service, and an additional £180 for RAC membership. The RAC report clearly identified that the lock was broken by your driver. I find this level of service completely unacceptable and believe I should be compensated for the additional costs and the inconvenience caused.

This experience has been the worst I have had with any meet & greet service, and I will not be using KwikPark again. I have been booking with other companies for the past five years and have never encountered such issues.

Really poor service

Really poor service. Left us over 30 minutes at point of departure before turning up and over 1 hour to return the car at the end of the holiday. We were told 10 mins for the car to be returned after we collected our luggage, after 30, 45 and 60 minutes we called again. On each occasion we were told lies about where the car was as we left an AirTag in the car and could see they hadn’t even moved the car one hour after they told us they were on their way. AVOID!

Awful service!

Awful service!! Do not use... left us waiting in the airport, said as our flight had been cancelled they assumed we wouldn't arrive at the airport to collect my vehicle! Also not meet and greet and you have to pay for the short stay anyway!!!

Disgustingly unprofessional

Disgustingly unprofessional - extremely rude and can’t even type an email in a coherent format,

They left their rubbish in my car and drove it 17 miles away from where I handed them.

DO NOT USE AND DON’T TRUST THEM. They use SkyParkSecure website to promote, don’t book anything via SkyParkSecure.

Avoid like the plague

Useless company and NEVER USE THEM
Collection was fine but had to wait 3 hours to get my car back as it went to wrong terminal.
Emailed them and of course no reply.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Booked via a comparison site. Wish I had of checked the reviews first. Absolutely appalling service. Waited over 2 hours to get the car back. No one called to say it would be late or that the terminal pick up had changed. I made 50 calls and no one picked up or the phone was turned off so I called the police. Finally car was returned in an absolute state with what looked like brick dust all over it. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I only hope we haven't received any fines like others on here will find out soon.

Scammers beware

Made booking via Compare Parking Prices. Received confirmation and booking ref with instructions to call 07850366784 30 minutes before arrival and go to Heathrow T5 Short Stay Car park level 4 Row S. Telephone the number again on arrival and they denied there was a booking. The police then turned up and informed us we had been victims of a scam. I telephoned the number again and reported what the police had said and the person just laughed and said there is nothing we can do and they have our money

£4000 pound damage to my car and not responding!!!

Car left with them whilst on holiday for to weeks, on collection was informed there was damage to my bumper and if I good a quote to get it fixed they would cover the cost.

I took time off work to take my car to a panel garage for a quote, forwarded it on to kwiki park to receive a email the nxt morning saying they have cctv of it entering and leaving there compound and that my case has been escalated to there serious claims department, since then I’ve emailed 3/4 time rang and had no response this was 3 weeks ago, my car is still not fixed and I’m raging I trusted them with my car and nxt it’s parked up with its bumper hanging off, perfect welcome back after a lovely holiday.

IN SHORT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

THEY DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE

Beware of this company. They damaged our car and do not respond to complaints

Beware - the company do not care about your car! I would not recommend using Kwikpark. I have emailed a complaint and the company has not responded at all.

Drop off was easy however the experience with collecting our car did not meet the standards that the company promotes. The driver arrived late, even with our 2 phone calls to your number as instructed. However, this wasn't the main issue. Upon having our car returned to us yesterday on 9th Oct, we noticed there was a warning on the dashboard saying Tyre Pressure Loss when getting into the car. The driver would have known this from driving the vehicle but never communicated this information to us when he greeted us.

Even with the attempt of checking and topping up air in our tyres ourselves the warning of tyre pressure loss continued. We barely left Heathrow at this point.

The tyre was punctured and we could not drive home. Our journey back home that should have taken 1.5hrs took 8hrs in total because we had to wait hours for recovery from breakdown assistance. With young kids it was a long and gruelling evening for us all. We are very disappointed with the service. I don't know how our car managed to sustain such a puncture whilst in your care. We had to pay for a brand new car tyre.

We left our car in their care with total trust. We will not be using their services again and will not be recommending you to others.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!! DAMAGED MY CAR!! WON’T RESPOND TO EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS

Left our car with this company for 12 days, in that time they caused significant damage the front of my car and made no attempt to repair the damage. Was told about the damage when I returned, and assured that if I got a quote they would pay for the repair. Have sent the quote, two emails, it’s now 2 weeks later I’ve still had no response from the company. Have now had to involve ombudsman. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

A a professional and efficient airport parking experience

KwikPark delivered a professional and efficient service. A representative was ready to collect my email upon arrival at the Airport, and the handover process was easy.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to return early from my trip and KwikPark were able to accommodate this at short notice, ensuring my vehicle was ready to collect from a different terminal to drop off (and to my initial planned return terminal) the moment I stepped into the car park. KwikPark customer service were efficient with replying to and arranging this request. The collection process was also quick and easy and on both occasions, the representative I dealt with in the car park was polite and professional.
I could not have asked for more stress-free parking at LHR and would not hesitate to use KwikPark again or to recommend them to friends/family.

I use Kwik Parks every month: often multiple times. Never let me down: reliable, curteous drivers and mostly the cheapest airport parking.

A miserable experience with BA made easier

Our flight was two hours late taking off from Aberdeen due to bad weather at Heathrow. The controller at Kwikpark and I kept in touch on progress. We landed at 23.30 but no stand was available for over an hour. Then the baggage was "delayed" and we had to leave the airport without it. The driver was waiting for about three hours to make sure there was a safe handover. Excellent service.

We are absolutely disgusted with this…

We are absolutely disgusted with this company.

Both my wife and I are disabled and yet after following their instructions we had to wait 30 minutes for them to arrive to pick our car up and then when we arrived back from our holiday we had to wait over an hour for them to bring us our car.
Then when the car did arrive the driver just gave us the exit ticket and keys and just walked off.
I strongly advise not to use this company to anyone who are travelling abroad as they do not care how they treat you.
