Never use this app
Have been using this app for maybe two years now and today for the first time it has let me down in a massive way. I tried to top-up my phone and the transaction failed but my paypal account was still charged. I decided to try again as I figured I would receive a refund for the failed transaction. Once again the transaction failed and once again my paypal account was charged - I have now tried to topup twice and it has failed both times and I have been charged both times. As well as this, the app said that I would receive a detailed email explaining why I had encountered this issue, I did not receive any email - I should have received two given that I attempted to top-up twice. When I tried to report this issue using the app I couldn't because the 'report issue' function is obviously also not working. I then emailed them at the address provided by pay pal under seller information - I have received no response. I then visited the kwikpay website to look for an alternate means of contacting them and found a different email address, which I have contacted about this issue and am currently awaiting a reply. Lesson to take away from this - just don't use this app, it's unreliable and the customer service is absolutely crap

All the visual for the application are done by freelancer who the CEO wasn't willing to pay after the job was done. He was asking for free work and berated all the artists. I wouldn't trust this company with anything, especially not with my money. Don't trust this company
