1 ordered 2 Sentry 46-88 lbs boxes for…

1 ordered 2 Sentry 46-88 lbs boxes for my canines. I received 2 1 was expired. I called, they answered, said send pic and they would have a solution. I jave received no response in calls nor emails, all I asked for was a good replacement or a refund for the product that's expired. Don't think tou cant take legal action. They sold expired products. That's illegal.

If there was a ZERO star i would sadly…

If there was a ZERO star i would sadly have to give them that. Horrible experience dealing with this company. Sadly they lost a lot of business with the way they managed my order. As a professional groomer I go through gobs and tons of products…all kinds and refer many people to the product I use!
Made a first time order and the scent of the product I bought was not correct. I bought multiple so called to see if I could return and get the scent I preferred. They said “sure no problem they will send me a return label “ promising to refund me once they get the product returned.
Never got the label. Called 7 times. Sent two emails. Left five voice mails. It’s been over a week and my product is sitting in a box ready for return. No one has called…even tried the Live Chat option.
Bummer .
Never. again.

Bad service to the client, I send messages, call and y'all don't answer I send email messages and y'all don't answer. I'm just trying to cancel my shipping order

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and…

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped yet. I received a USPS tracking label that shows pre-shipment and it has not be sent to USPS yet, so only a label has been created. I emailed customer service twice with no response. Should have read the reviews first. I would understand if they had the decency to at least respond to my email to say it's been delayed or something, but I don't appreciate being ghosted.

I paid $30 to receive veteran plus…

I paid $30 to receive veteran plus overnight and it took 5 days to get it and on top of that it expired on 3/3/2024. I called them for hours until someone answered and he told me that it will take couple of hours to check the issue out and I’m still waiting for a call back. That was yesterday 5/14/24

Very dissapoined

On February 20, 24 I ordered through Walmart Espree Silky Cat Wipes from Kwikpets. It took 2 months to receive it. Very dissapoined with their Customer service, who ignored canceling my order end of March. They asked to return- send it back to them, when I receive the package.
Now I have to watch and not to buy from them again.

Can't wait to stock my Oldie's food…

Can't wait to stock my Oldie's food pantry and treatments to protect her from flea infestation. Received cat flea treatment a while back and can see how clean my cat has gone from infestation. No more flea eggs on the rug. Thanks KwikPets for such a fast delivery and quality products. And, can't say more about the discounts they are giving. So, gonna fill the basket again. BTW, Happy Fools Day in advance
to my lovely pet family and all pet parents out there.
