I came across this KYC service when I was required to go through a video verification process, answering questions on camera.
Not only did the service ask me to scan a QR code with a second device (as if everyone always has two devices with cameras on hand), but they also ended up deeming the verification a failure.
I don’t really understand what such a verification was supposed to confirm, since the correct answers are obvious and it’s clear that I’m the real deal (if this was indeed a verification to confirm I’m a real person).
No retakes are allowed.
As a result, due to poor-quality algorithms, the service that referred me to them denied me service and imposed a ban with no possibility of appeal.
Despite having a solid reputation with industry-leading KYC providers (Sumsub, Persona), I fell victim to this strange service.

I never expected to leave a review like this, but after months of trying every possible channel, I feel I have no other choice.

The online casino using KYCaid's verification services confiscated my winnings of **€4,160** after accusing me of fraud and bonus abuse. I have repeatedly requested evidence to support these allegations, but neither I nor Casino Guru received any verifiable proof. My Casino Guru complaint was ultimately closed as **"Insufficient Evidence from Casino."**

I understand that KYCaid is not responsible for deciding whether a casino pays out winnings. However, the casino repeatedly referred to the verification process and KYCaid while my case was ongoing.

I have contacted KYCaid several times, hoping they would at least ask their client to provide the evidence they claim to have or encourage them to communicate with me. Unfortunately, this has not happened.

I am simply asking for one of two things:

* If the casino has evidence supporting these serious allegations, they should provide it.
* If they cannot provide evidence, they should return my confiscated winnings.

As a company providing compliance and verification services to licensed gambling operators, I hoped KYCaid would help ensure transparency and fair treatment. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

This review reflects my personal experience.

I genuinely hope this matter can still be resolved fairly.

If Buff Bets provides the evidence they claim to have, or if my confiscated winnings are returned because those allegations cannot be substantiated, I will gladly update or remove this review to reflect that outcome.

My only goal is to receive a fair and transparent resolution after months of trying to resolve this through the proper channels.

They come here and say reach to our support team and we'll fix the issue where the reality is they barely care and respond, guys stay away from these scammers!

Guys, I felt really bad because of the way they work, I became a funded trader after 3 years of pain and suffering then to be banned and took away my funded account just because they said my documents were forged, and when I look for support to address the issue there was no support. Just terrible KYC verifier and I wish one day you will get exposed and sued.

This is the worst company for kyc verification, trust me they are just designed to milk us, why on the earth will you allege me of fake/forged document did you even check for the authenticity before concluding.. how I wish you guys can be sued to course for this nonsense. I provided original documents even with QR you are here saying I forged documents

UPDATE: I responded to their invitation to investigate my issue. This is their response: NOTHING. That's it. No response. Liars. Don't trust their review responses. Probably some AI agent just posting a marketing message to alleviate concerns that its a scam product.

System deeply flawed. AI bot flagged perfectly legitimate documents. It spit out a false negative and got me banned from a trading platform. Errors like this are very costly to both the client and the customer, since they both lose. A better system would require human follow up on flagged identification. This is a complete AI fail.

For KYC kycaid is a first-rate tool. Their security precautions are comforting, and the verifying process is simple. Recently I had to go through their KYC verification; all was finished in a few minutes. Their efficiency and the calibre of the service given really wow me.

KYCAID surpasses all my expectations! The staff is really helpful and the platform is simple and effective. Along the road, I had some questions, and they answered practically right away, fixing everything. Integration with our system was easy, and the verifying process (our flow is doc+biometric liveness) is fast. Excellent work!

Finding a platform that provides both KYC and AML services easily was a challenge for us. But we met KYCAID. Great service generally, and most definitely worth the expense!

I had a terrible experience with KYCAID. Their verification process is frustrating and inconsistent. I accidentally uploaded the wrong documents and immediately corrected my mistake, but they still refused to verify my account. Instead of offering proper support or a chance to fix the issue, they kept sending the same automated response.

Their customer service is terrible—there’s no real human assistance, just repetitive messages with no solution. If you need a reliable verification service, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. KYCAID is not worth the hassle.

The staff is awful. I had a document from last year to verify, and they just banned me. I wrote to support and they are awful. They just give me a random answer and did nothing to fix it. And after that, just let me seen. Even though I tried to explain and to upload a new document. They just ban you and don't answer anymore. One of the worst support ever.

This app is more trouble than it is worth. Time I have wasted on trying to verify id. This application drives you nuts. We have wasted so much time. Now at the point where the company who we were seeking to join their service we are thinking is this really worth it. Total frustrating rubbish. There is no easy accessible support, guidance when things don't work. It is truly awful. There are better more seamless id verification applications on the market.

update 17/12/24 - Kycaid, thank you for your response. I will take you up on the offer and send you an email with the detail on the issue experienced. Hopefully you will be able to resolve issue and I will be able to give a positive update here. Fingers crossed.

I used two of my identifications but ended up getting rejected. I emailed their support, but it says I have to use another device. I did, but it still fails. WORSE, DON'T TRY PROP FIRMS WITH THIS KIND OF KYC

This is frustrating, as for it’s weekend and will probably not be helped until Monday!

I waited 2 days to pass the challenge just for me to get stuck on a loading screen.

Stated on Google you guys take up to 5 min to verify a person, I disagree. Please fix your clients external links and give the people the expertise they expect! You are making it so much more difficult for me to get the funded account I have worked for!
