Does this company has customer service at all?
I made an order week ago, delivery terms 2-7 days, but no news yet. Sent 2 emails asking when my order will be shipped out? No feedback. Tried to call Austrian, German numbers - both not responding. Unfortunately found so many negative reviews here on trustpilot! Lots of complains are like mine - not working customer service - i’m asking my self whether company has at it all?? Wanted to ask Mr. Christian Schwarzott, unfortunately his account on linkedin doesn't allow that for not premium users. If company is selling Chinese lollipops better to check deeply the company reviews to avoid scam. But here we speak about company with Austrian registration selling articles of well known leading brands, brands with high quality of products and services - check company description on Linkedin! So all that is a joke?? Not only users but also brands represented by this company should be aware how kyddo.com is treating their customers. So far lowest possible evaluation from my side. And I ensure will not let things going just like this!

Great choice of hard to find small brands
A friend's wife wanted a lounger from Snuggle Me for her baby and we could not find it anywhere and ordering it directly from the US seemed like a headache. We found it on Kyddo along with lots of lovely looking products from many independent brands focused on sustainability. Delivered just in time for the baby shower.

Great shop!
I always find it hard to choose because Kyddo Shop has got so many great stuff and things for me and my kids. I always enjoy shopping there. The shop is easy to navigate and I like the way it is organised. "Shipping times" are really fast and although prices are a bit higher - it's definitely worth every cent.
