We ordered three 36D bras from Kygo.us -- they sent three XXL bras -- not at all the same size. It appears that they are using a fraudulent "US" connection, but are a Chinese company. They did not respond to any contact through their website, email, or the phone number given to PayPal. They failed to refund the money. I would NEVER trust them at all.

It took awhile for the order to arrive but for me it was worth the wait!I ordered 2 and got one for free.The fit was perfect for me as I suffer from scoliosis too and really needed a good support to help me with proper posture.I will wear them at work.

I bought a couple different types of bras from them and it took over a month for it to be delivered. Customer service waited for my order to arrive before contacting me when I emailed them about it because my tracking number didn't work anywhere. All the items I received were not even close to my size, and were so uncomfortable. After several attempts to both call and reach them though email, I turned to my bank to get my money back. They refunded my order but I started the case sometime around July 2020 and as of March 2021, they're still trying to contact this company to get it sorted. Don't ever buy from this place.

Don't buy from them, I want to give no star to this seller.
They shipped wrong size items to me. I waited six months and still have NOT receive any replacement.
Return is also impossible, I replaced order with return shipping fee, but they still want me to pay shipping fee to China.

DO NOT BUY WISH I HAD SEEN THIS PAGE BEFORE I DID...HENCE DO YOUR RESEARCH...COMES FROM CHINA AND THE BRAS DONT HAVE RIGHT SHAPE!!

TAKE DAYS TO RESPOND AND THE PARTIAL REFUND IS A FEW DOLLARS AND WHO IS TRYING TO RETURN TO CHINA!?

I purchased 2 bras. When they eventually arrived they were awful. Cheap material, awful shape, I can't even use them as sleep bras.
They eventually said they would refund if I sent them back but postage was prohibitive.
They eventually gave me a $7 refund, I'd paid $33.93.
DON'T GO NEAR THEM.

I don't want to give even one star. This company does NOT deserve it. The bras are awful! It looks like you have 1 uniboob and is NOT flattering at all!!! To top it off, they will not give you a full refund as their website claims. This company is in China, not the US. They claim they are a US based company, but they are NOT!! They may have an office in California, but these bras clearly came from China. So, in order to get a full refund you have to ship them all the way back to China. They won't let you ship it to the California office. They tell you to keep the product(as if they're going out of their way for you) and they'll give a partial refund. The postage is more expensive than the product. It's not worth it and they know this. This is how they make their money. I paid around $45 for 2 bras on sale, and they're supposedly giving me an $8 refund. Really? I just agreed to it because it's something, but what a real slap in the face. They refused to give me a full refund or pay for postage even after I complained. The customer service did eventually respond to my emails, but I could tell the associate was mad and put out because I called her out on their scam. Buyer please beware!!!!!!

I ordered mine in a light baby pink shade and it was seriously the most adorable bra ever!! I ordered a 32/70 B and it fit right around me and felt secure (i usually can’t find bras that fit securely so this was such a win!) Would definitely recommend if you want a nice push up! It does the job very nicely :) I prefer Kygo when it comes to buying bras. They’re also very inclusive with sizes!!

BUYERS BEWARE: To give them a star is one too many. This company is nothing but a scam. I ordered three bras in 36D and not only that it took them forever to shipped, all three werein the WRONG SIZES. I contacted the customer service several times and always different excuses. After 6 weeks of attempt contacting them I gave up. DO NOT BUY ANY OF KYGO US PRODUCTS!!! Read the reviews here and you'll know how they scam their customers.

I have contacted a number of times to return ill fitting bra and no response. They say they off returns but obviously that isnt true.

One star is one too many These products wouldn’t fit Barbie doll, I ordered a 4XL! They will not answer the emails and there is no return information included in the package so I’m out 50 bucks for nothing. I’m going to file a claim with my bank card because they won’t even answer me

I had to rate atleast 1 star to write this review. The bra is a joke, please dont buy...the design is awful and makes your boobs all squished and in short there is no shape. If it doesnt work for a person like me who is shapely and wears 32DD, i dont think it will work for a fuller figure. Also before buying i asked where was this made, they lied saying it is a US made, the package is poor and arrived from China.
I have reached out to the company to find out how to return and get a full refund, lets see how honorable is their business model.

The worst online provider I’ve ever dealt with. I never received the goods and tégy refused to return my money.

Worst online service EVER. Ordered a package in 2019 5 Dec. 21-30 day delivery time.. Its the 15th of Feb and they still don't even have my correct tracking number. Ask for refund, nothing happens. I would rather recommend Wish, you will wait but at least you get what you paid for.... VERY unhappy

Okay well I placed an order on December 4th.
Contacted them around December 28th to see where my item was because it wasn't registered at all on the tracking number provided.
They apologized and said that they'd ship it out the next week.

It is now Jan 21st. No package from them to be seen. I'm still waiting.

By the end of January I have received my parcel...finally. I ordered strapless bras and they are in great condition and appear as advertised.
