Do not order from the Kylie Cosmetics website!! I ordered a blush over a month ago and the order was never shipped. Customer service is so so awful. Contacted multiple times. Only just managed to get a refund nearly 2 months later…

My item was left outside my house in unsecure place got stolen I have emailed you six times and you keep robbing me off ,mid you don’t refund me I will get a chargeback then u will have no choice absolutely diabolical way to treat customers and zero customer service won’t ever order from here again !!order number

DO NOT ORDER FROM KYLIES WEBSITE!! i ordered a whole month ago and have had NO UPDATES. they have taken my money and ran. considering i have sent around 10 messages to their customer service i am no further ahead. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN

I ordered one lip kit and one eyeshadow pallet and after a very long delivery period, I received two identical lip kits and no eyeshadow pallet. When I contacted customer service to explain the issue, I was passed around multiple people who clearly weren't communicating with each other nor did they understand I'd received my order however there was an item missing. They kept saying the package had been delivered. When they finally understood, I was ensured the missing item would be sent out. 10 days later, I've received no update and am still waiting for my eyeshadow pallet. Utter rubbish customer service - will not order again from this company!

I dont have much confidence in wearing lipsticks of any kind. But I have been loving all the amazing different colours Kylie Cosmetics have on their Matt Lip Kits so decided to try. I purchsed no.700 Bare.

Well what can I say, first off the lip liner is super creamy & silky. It glides on so easily & smudges in so doesnt look too fake. The matt lip stick is exactly the same, super smooth to apply, highly pigmented so you dont need to over use & dries lovely without drying the lips.
It also makes lips stand out & look bigger without looking too fake or overdone.

I love this colour & now want to try others.

Best bit, is it really lasts. Even with drinking & eating its still in tact enough not to have to reapply or touch up. By far the best I have tried & used & trust me I have tried everything from high end to highstreet!

The only thing that would be a nice addition is to have a sharpener on the pencil. Give this set a try I doubt you will be disappointed!

False promises of re-shipments.
Look at the other reviews. Money down the drain.
They lie to you. I will be making this public too many people are being scammed.

Disgraceful. I will update if I don't receive or get a refund as that's £30 down the drain and they should be reported!!!

I ordered her new creme lipstick thinking it was the same quality like the creme lipstick she sold 4 years ago. But unfortunately it’s really bad , total waste of money. Why couldn’t she just make them like she made the old ones?

Not worth the hype . Super overrated and overpriced for something that contains loads of chemicals .

I heard great things about the makeups, I was able to purchase some limited products at MECCA when back in Sydney which I really liked, so decided I wanted to purchase more.

I live in Hong Kong long term, unfortunately Kylie cosmetic do not ship directly here, unless I go through third party websites, which some are overly priced or don’t have the specific product I wanted, so I decided to order directly from Kylie Cosmetic and ship it to a HK company warehouse in the states, then have them ship to me instead. FYI I’ve been using this company for over 6 years now, never once had an issue. The order dispatched super quickly on Jun 22 and delivered on Jun23.

The tracking number that Kylie cosmetic has provided didn’t match on the warehouse system. Found out that instead FedEx, it was FedEx Smartpost. Apparently Smartpost means USPS, so most likely the tracking number changed.

So I contacted Kylie Cosmetic on email, asking if they could help provide or find out the new tracking. Had around 2-3 emails with the same representative, but instead of helping and reading what I’m asking for, her last email reply was “ I apologize that you did not receive your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund since since you used a third party delivery address as your shipping address, we do recommend that you reach out to people at the address for compensation. Kylie Cosmetics does not condone the use of third party shippers.”

I was so confused…since when did I even asked for a refund?! I was only asking for a new tracking number! I didn’t mentioned anything about lost package either.

I replied saying I think there may have been some misunderstanding and that they should read before replying. The first few email replies were quick but now I guess they have decided to just ignore me.

I guess this experience has made me question whether I will want to order directly from their website again in the future, afraid if something goes wrong no one would help.

Very disappointing, because I was looking forward to finally trying the products that I couldn’t get from HK or MECCA in Sydney.

I ordered a lip balm bundle for £92 and they sent me one shade “pink me up at 8” and still have not refunded me or rectified the missing items. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, customer service are a bag of rubbish and clearly shows money can’t buy anything. Robbing people of money and not delivering on it

This mascara was gorgeous…for 5 minutes. Once opened the product became dry and clumpy REALLY quickly.
Celebrities capitalising on their fame, targeting the easily influenced with sub standard products is a NO from me.

Ordered the Wizard of Oz kit Wizard of Oz lip glosses, and two other lip glosses. When my order came in the mail, it was a completely different order. I understand things go out of stock, but I would’ve expected an email from customer services apologizing. Maybe giving me the option of waiting until they were back in stock or changing my order or just being reimbursed altogether. I ended up just saying whatever, and trying out the products they sent they sent lip kits lip, glasses, and a blush. Everything smells weird and felt super sticky. Almost like glue on my lips. It just me and my lips feel super dry. Definitely doesn’t make me feel sexy terrible products. Terrible customer service don’t recommend.

Dreadful product, smudged immediately - was but water resistant as claimed. Package took a long time to arrive and was damaged, product smelt really strange and I threw it out in the end after two uses. Waste of money. Don’t brother!

Excellent customer service. Person named Grace was so quick & efficient. I have never had such a positive response from any company. My issue was resolved straight away without any problem. Highly recommend them.

So bad, the lipstick literally ruined my beautiful lips
