Upgraded Review due to follow-up
I originally gave 3 stars due to some early doubt if the deal was legitimate (too cheap to be true) and lack of response for over 24 hours to get a code that they said was there but wasn't...but the download from Microsoft eventually worked! Follow-up and a reply on my purchase seemed to come from a human (I think) so I upped to 4 stars now. 5 stars if there had been no initial issue at all.

Marius is a wizard
First, the bad news: after paying the money, Denied access. This 60-second download took 3 hours, but then denied again. Text = quiet. Chat = quiet, Phone call = not available. Just cancel. and credit my card.
Second, the good news = Marius ( a real person ) asked to give him "one more chance to correct". Okay. Within 2-4 minutes, both downloads were up and running. AI is a waste of time.

The product is a great Microsoft program 2019 Pro plus. But for somebody who doesn’t understand computers, unable to get the license activation. I wish there was an easier way just to download the program and not go through the hoops unfortunately I’m unable to get the product to work.
